This is best alblum they done in decade
Have not heard it yet but I will, there is just so much music by The Flower Kings ! I must admit, when Tomas Bodin left, I felt a punch to my gut and then with Jonas Reingold's departure, Im like, what are you doing to me man? Anyway, will definitely check it out.
For me, it’s my favorite out of the last 4 albums. As much as I like their double disc albums, I appreciate that it’s a single disc since I felt that there weren’t as many fillers on this one compared to the last 3. The production sounds a lot better imo. I didn’t have high expectations for this album, but I’m glad I enjoyed it as much as I could. However, I hope they take a small break (maybe 3 years) after this album because I feel like a lot of people are a bit burned out having a new album roughly ever year
One of my favorite bands. I put TFK on the second or third place in my playlist. I give the first place unconditionally to Moon Safari. But Yes or TFK will be in second place? It's a question!

This one is a grower. At the moment I think its the best since Banks of eden.
A bit off topic, Nathan, but I’m curious. As you listen to these new releases, are you selecting any tracks to add to the shuffle for the Jana Reacts/Prog Song Sunday series? I think it would be interesting to occasionally shuffle into a current day release, as well as what are considered classics.
A lot of people are saying this is last alblum by TFK based on last song lyrics. Oh god no Roine is not gonna retire. He has play to live he doesn’t have another job. He will be playing making music until he dies.
Only way this band stops making music is if he or Hasse gets sick can’t perform anymore. These 2 are in perfect health atm.
This album is not an grower at all. Do people not have freaking ears? This is best alblum they done in decade. Musically it’s better then royal decree. Where royal decree is better lyrically.
My ears are fine 😊. It is interesting how the listening experience can differ so much from person to person. Glad you are enjoying the album!
To say its a grower does not mean its good from the start. Its just that its getteing better and better and end as a great album. Everything is relative!
Well at least you know review properly unlike some unprofessional people on this platform cough cough notes reviews. When guitar player of tangent has post In comments how pitiful you did on tangent alblum review unorofessionalism you did is pretty bad.
