Ryan! What a thrill it must be putting that key in the lock knowing what’s on the other side is yours. And what a massive place, the bones look good but it’s good you have renovating experience. Can’t wait to see you putting your stamp on your house! Congratulations on home ownership!❤️❤️❤️

Congratulations Ryan! I could tell how much you have changed since the beginning of your vlogs and while helping Billy to the present day. It is great following your journey through life, achieving higher skills, developing more confidence in making decisions and a sense of your own style. Love the house. The roof, floors, walls and stairs look in greet condition and while listening to the sounds of your footfall on the stairs and floors, it seems the house was solidly built and a great investment. The tunnel in the basement seems to be very well built too and obviously for a purpose which will be exciting to discover.
Congrats Ryan!! It's a perfect house for you. I can see a wine cellar in the basement and an office in the attic! I am so proud of you. Just remember to take one day at a time. We have remodeled eight houses and sometimes there are setbacks, sometimes you find bad stuff, but you just keep plugging away and it is worth it.

Of all the houses you have shown us I think this one has the most potential. It’s got so much original features and I love that tunnel. (That basement would make a wonderful wine cellar). And those beams in the attic are amazing. Now when you find a bargain antique you’ll have a place to use it. Congratulations on becoming a home owner. You did very well!

Hey Ryan, congratulations on your new home. It's wonderful. You bought this on your own terms, no pressure from the viewers. I absolutely love and can't wait to follow along as you renovate it. One small suggestion, maybe put a half bath in the utility room, so guests won't have to go upstairs to the bedrooms. Congratulations again. P.S. we knew all knew when you were ready, and the right place came along you would go for it.
Excellent idea. One thing that I’d do is open up the doorways. Especially on the first floor, in case you want to keep the house a long time or have a parent move in with you. How are they going to get around? In the USA, most new constructions are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant, which raises the value of the property, and, it has the added bonus of being roomier and ready for multiple uses. No extra costs involved because it’s been done already. There are chairs that can be added to a rail on the stairs for ease of going up, and, for not having to carry heavy loads up several flights. I don’t know if there is enough room for a small elevator in a house that small. Although, running up and down stairs might keep you in pretty good physical shape. 😂
WOW !!! Congratulations Ryan. I know you are going to have fun restoring this house of yours. And we are going to enjoy watching the whole process. Well done !!

Edd also has a huge skill set. That comes in handy when buying a ruin. Ryan will do fine doing this reno. The house is small as well. Good start for a first time buyer.
@@snoopybluejeans Edd is amazing, what a visionary! I’ve never seen a house in worse shape. I can’t wait to see what he does with it. I’m constantly amazed by what Sean ,edd and phil can do. And Simon …. Love watching all these guys. Billy and Ryan are my favorites though. Billy for his forethought, determination and dedication , Ryan for his sincerity, humor and willingness to learn.
Ryan that is so awesome. You did it and you look so happy. The tunnel in the basement is so unique… Makes the house. Congratulations and we will cheer you on in the renovations. No idea what the cost would be.
🎉CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 Ryan!!!! I have been with your channel since vlog #1 and it’s so nice to see your dream come true.
Good for you, Ryan. Votre maison! The biggest and bravest steps you'll ever take.
Ryan, CONGRATULATIONS on your first home. Many happy and healthy years of homeownership.
Congratulations!!! So excited for you! Can’t wait for the transformation ❤
Oh Ryan. I am so happy for you! Congratulations on your beautiful property. I love the original features; so much potential. I would be very interested to hear about the history of your new home in a future video. Love ya! 🇨🇦
Congratulations Ryan! You have your work cut out for you but with your determination I’m sure your property will look amazing once completed. Wishing you all the best 👏🏡💚
Live your dream! You have the best screen presence and talent. Can't wait to see the renovation. Good job!!!
Look at how wide the floor boards are in the attic, don't see that anymore. The stone around the windows and in the basement are also stunning. I'm also surprised by the size of the bedrooms, can't wait to see what you're planning.👍❤
Just to see that smile on your face after you went into the cellar was worth its weight in gold. Cannot wait to hear the history of the house I would say about £30,000. Roll on the next video😊❤
Congratulations on the purchase of your new house in France. I’m very interested in renovations. I look forward to seeing what you do with it. I hope you will keep a lot of the old charm.
Ryan! Proud of you, buddy. My first place was the cheapest house in my city, a lot of sweat and tears, but you never forget it. Good luck and good wishes.
20k? Congratulations! no matter what... never give up, never get in... just keep going & get-r-done. the pride you will feel, will be enormous. We believe in you Ryan!

Best of luck to you Ryan on renovating your new home! I love the views from the windows and all the natural light coming in. You can do a lot with this place. And I will be happy to watch your progress with it. You seem really enthused about it and that's a wonderful way to begin. This is a great project for you!
I feel like this is where the channel really starts. I'll guess 30k.

Congrats on buying this lovely property. We can't wait to follow you on the journey to restore it!
More power to you, hope you are able to bring out your inner strength and apply some Stick-to-it-ability. Might have been a good idea to finish your apartment agreement with Billy and gain some experience and mental callouses. Will be watching, and wishing the best for your projects.
Congratulations Ryan‼️ I am so thrilled to follow you on this new adventure. It’s going to be fun watching you remodel your own home. Let’s CRACK ON‼️😍
Congratulations, Ryan❣ It's been a long time coming, huh? Looks like it has great potential. Future wine cellar in the basement? I remember there was another house you looked at where you loved the attic bedroom with the rustic beams. Wishing you the very best as always and looking forward to seeing more. Hugs. 👍
Hi Ryan I absolutely love the property, as you were walking through I was picturing how it would look renovated. All the best in your new projects home. Xx
Firstly, massive congratulations on the purchase of your first house 🎉 Secondly, I need to investigate the tunnel in the basement, it's so intriguing! Best of luck with the renovations. My guess in 15k.... I could be way off so don't wait too long to tell us please 🙏
Oh Ryan I absolutely love it! Love the doors, love the staircases, love the windows! Love it all❤ congratulations 🎉
WOW. I'm gobsmacked. You only went and did it! Congratulations!!! A place of your own to renovate. With a secret tunnel no less. Well done, Ryan. Not only did you find a really good bargain (a assume) but you have a source of a great deal of content for a long time to come. I can hardly wait to see you begin the process. P.S. I would love to know something about the monument standing in the area in front of the house.
Wow! I’m there already decorating. What a wonderful project for you to put your stamp on. Can’t wait for Ryan’s Renovation to begin. Congratulations 🎉
Congrats Ryan. Very happy you found your own little piece of property. It has lots of potential and I am sure that you will find it very rewarding to work on it yourself!! And it’s all yours that roof did look very secure with no leaks! Looking ahead to renovations! Crack on!!❤😊👏🏼🇨🇦
So happy for you Ryan. Can’t wait for all the upcoming videos.
Another Aussie sending you a HUGE THUMBS UP…WELL DONE, MATE…special things happen to good people when they’re ready, and it’s probably your time. I can’t wait to see how it all pans out for you..Good-luck Ryan. Cheers from Oz..
Forgot to mention the music also.... it was a glorious choice, Lord of the Rings...love it!
Ryan…CONGRATULATIONS ‼️‼️💕❤️
You did it…. You’re a homeowner!
Renovating making it just for you will be rewarding, indeed !
Good luck my dear ❣️💕

You have your own cave. Fantastic. I bet the floor is slanted so melting ice would not ruin the food stored there. I am so happy for you. This place has a TON of character. I am so excited to see what you do with it. 🧡
