I started developing vericose vein when I was 16 y/o but started doing some exercises which made it better. By 19, the pain started to become unbearable and I had to get a minor surgery done for it ( c/a schlerotherapy). It seems like you had a different procedure done.
I'm 25 now. But the same thing has started again. There's no surety that it won't happen again
The only thing I'll suggest you is, start weight training and give a good focus on legs training. Even though it doesn't pain but training legs regularly, a minimum twice a week sometimes even thrice has helped me a lot! Take good nutrition and train regularly.

@@abhishekmourya0788 there is no other option rather than surgery because it's the faults in your valves of your veins wich normally keeps the blood from re-entering into the vein but due to damage to them blood comes out of that faulty valves and your vein becomes prominent

Bro you really reminded me of the surgery which i had 2 weeks back. That wheelchair thing through which they take us for different tests, that drip, then that lower half shave thing 😂 that was embarrassing right?, anaesthesia thing, and even when you said that you haven't eaten anything or drank anything. For me it was 1 week, i wasn't allowed to eat or drink anything after the surgery. And the pain after surgery, i can very much relate to it.
