Her waist does twist, its just a bit hard whe you try the first time ^^
So retro. Her hair looks fabulous, its unfortunate that it doesn't feel as nice.
i suggest you condition the hair 2 or 3 times then hot water it after 2 to 3 days the hair gets frizzy and poofey unless you do that but other wise a good doll.
