From the VHS Tape/DVD, Bigfoot: King of the Monster Trucks.
While there is a video of this commercial on RUclips already, it has much lower video quality and not complete, though the audio is decent. Here is the entire commercial.
The truck featured is Bigfoot IV with Jim Kramer doing the driving. This is the first of several body styles the truck would utilize during its career spanning from 1984 through 2007.
