Car Boot Sale Shenanigans - Bargain Moan

I've not visited my local car boot sale for a few years, and today, I thought I'd venture out to see if there's any records or items of interest for sale and today is the first one this year for me
while I've paid to enter the site as a buyer, there are plenty of people in and out of the fenced off site carrying arm fulls of stuff they've brought and some on their return trips.
why should I have to sit and wait for it to open while others roam freely, minesweeping everything for sale?
