Just ordered one of these for my iPhone. I will keep my full cases for outdoor activities, plus I get bored of the same case over and over. Great to have this option!
I love this guy's reviews, I'm in tech for work, Apple reseller and occasionally clients ask for suggestions, some of these products are through the mfr only and they're often small run operations so it's not easy to process bulk purchases. We can buy from Amazon but even they have limits. Still on the consumer side this is my favorite Apple RUclipsr.
A case by definition is supposed to Incase an object, keeping enclosed and contained. What you have on your phone is by best an iPhone bikini, one that is too sexy for family friendly beaches lol
Not enough shock absorption so you will shatter the glass if you drop it. Usually with cases the shock is absorbed by the back material, not the bumps. Bumps just protect the dents. If I buy this I’ll just use the top or bottom part.
Couple of questions about the Arc Pulse case. 1. Can you fit the Apple MagSafe wallet on the back of the iPhone 14 Pro Max or is the bottom to thick? 2. Do you know if this interferes with wireless charging on large wireless charging pads? It seems that this design will prevent the large wireless charging pad from making contact. If these are not issues, I would definitely purchase.
I think Quadlock is an awesome case but even more so, it’s an ecosystem that allows me to use my iPhone in various conditions, in car, on JetSki, on Bike, at home, and it adds great protection
I live in Japan and picked up something like this for my iPad mini about 7 years ago and I love it. In fact, the only reason I haven’t upgraded to the newest iPad mini is because the company who made this minimalist rubber protector hasn’t designed a new one for the newest mini yet. I’ll have to check out this company and see if they offer this design for an iPad mini. Domo arigato.
I‘ve always waited for something like this. Something that doesn’t take away from the original intention of the design and feel in your hand but also makes it a little less easy to slip out of your hand and use/put down on a desk. It’s the best of both worlds.
I used to use the Apple leather cases but a few years ago, I thought that I'd try going with no case on my original iPhone X. I honestly don't know if I could go back to using a case again. I love how thin it is without a case, and how easily it slides in and out of my pocket.

I love the minimalist look as well, but not sure if I would take a risk. This is something I would consider if the iPhone 15 Pro comes with a titanium finish and slightly curved edges as rumored.
Interesting, but doesn’t protect the screen or back if it hits any sort of uneven surface such as rocks or stairs. I’m sure its great for flat surfaces but the design is flawed.
I care about scratches and I bought a clear case for my 11 Pro right away. My Apple case has not yellowed at all during these years and provides the protection and look I want. When you said something about pulling the phone out of your pocket, my thought was that your case would snag. Everyone can buy what they want though.

The fact that I took the risk to getting a case from a small company that costs 100 bucks, was scary but holy crap when I got the case and popped it on omg I fell in love with it immediately, it’s everything I’ve been looking for, I needed the minimal look but protection for certain moments (if I dropped it which I rarely do). Overall look, the case amazing, but people ask, what about the sides? And I have two responses to that 1. I’ve had this case for over 5 months now and not once did my phone break with this case (AT ALL!) and I’ve had maybe one or scary falls. Hahahaa 2. You mainly drop the phone case on a flat terrain, that mean like a concrete side walk or on the street. Which in those cases trust me it will definitely cover you! I understand people’s fear about it but in reality most of us go on with our days in the city or town with (paved) areas. Though I will say if you are in the county and your environment is rocky, then yes I’d recommend getting one that will be more heavy duty. But this case will protect you in any flat ground situations. It really does. It’s the only case where I feel as if my money is actually converted into quality, I mean think of it go to Best Buy and want a decent case it will cost you after tax like 60 bucks! Not lie I used to work at Best Buy!!! I know I’ve said quite a bit now but I’m happy that my case is tintanium grade and not some cheap plastic flipped for 5x times the cost to maximize profit 🙄 That’s all I have to say! Hahaha
This looks good - do you have a recommendation for a minimalist magnetic wallet for the iphone pro max that would complement this minimalist iphone case?
@dailytekk Are the two pieces metal or rubber? I ask because I'd like it to have some stick to it to help prevent the phone from sliding out of my pocket.
I use an aluminum bumper case with rubber inside. At first glance iPhone looks completely naked. And what I love the most the that it has small corner bumpers so camera is protected and it lays down flat on a table. Been using the same type case since iPhone X and never a crack or even a scratch
I would like this more if it had straight lines that matched the design language of the iPhone. This looks like some Galaxy Quest-inspired design. Love the concept, though!
Just received and installed mine. Took forever to get here and caused a moment of panic when the shipping agent emailed to say it had been delivered and left in my letterbox, but it wasn't there. 😱 They had placed it in my neighbour's letterbox. Early days, but yes Chris you are absolutely right, this is an amazing case that allows me to feel and see the full glory that is my iPhone 14 Pro Max, yet still provide some protection. And, it works with my Moft MagSafe Wallet and my Belkin iPhone Mount with MagSafe for MacBook - which by the way is an awesome device - so I now have what I think is a pretty good setup. 😀 Went with the brushed aluminium (silver) option, rather than black, on my Space Black iPhone, which gives a rather nice contrast. And, I have a UltraHard Glass screen protector on the front. The Arc fits perfectly with this on.
i love the character cases give to phones , i dont need everyone to instantly know what im using , i just hate the materials that just suck and absorb oils , matte and soft touch cases have that issue but feel great in hand ….
Does this work with dbrand skins?🤔🤔🤔🤔 -just started watching but im sold if it works with dbrand skins. I have the marble on the sides for my IP13PM Because i despise the stainless steel mess. This plus the dbrand leather skin would actually be kinda fire😮.
I have the phone Rebel Cases which are great. The drop protection is also awesome. I trade in my phone every year and would worry about scratches cause Appl looks for that when trading in. Thanks for sharing
Love the minimalist look but it only works on flat surfaces, drop it on xeriscape yard full of jagged rocks of different sizes and your phone is damaged easily.
This is a case I watched in an ad some years ago and wanted it so badly. I didn’t have a new enough device to get it. As soon as I upgraded my phone, I got it. I love it. Plus very few people know about it so it looks very original. For me, an office person, it protects against 95% of surfaces I stand on.
I found this video on the 2nd of March and ordered the next day. Never knew anything about Arc Pulse let alone companies making minimalist “cases” without the encased part. I had to email and send messages from their contact form on their website to find out where my order was since there was no update. But it took a week and 3 days to arrive. Loving this Arc Pulse case for my iPhone 14 Pro would be an understatement! One thing no one talks about is the grip factor. When you purchase cases or go completely caseless, since these phones have gotten bigger over the years, one thing that matters is reachability. With the minimalist form factor of this Arc case, it allows me to use my fingers to maneuver the phone in ways you normally can’t with cases or completely caseless. If you are a little skeptic about the protection of the sides or back but still want the slim factor, I would recommend ordering a dbrand skin and call it a day! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy their phone without any restrictions or bulkiness. Thanks for reading!
They definitely didn’t out do Apple. The Apple Silicone case or leather case are the best in quality, look, durability, aesthetic, everything. I just stick to what they make every year.
Apple Silicone case is nice the first few months, but they have a serious durability issue. My wife and I both had to replace our cases within ~5 months of daily use.
Genius! Looks cool. Just one thing, it doesn’t have a cover for those gigantic lenses that are just waiting to get scratched. So I got a Spigen case that covers the lenses. Makes the Iphone feel like a camera.
I’ve never opted to buy anything I hear about on RUclips and especially IG. But this case intrigued me. I loved the minimalist design, and my purple iphone 14 pro max is so gorgeous I wanted to protect but also see it, feel it, and enjoy its thin case. I’ve had my Arc for a week, ordered it after watching your review. I love it! It’s my main, every day protection. I bought a Casetify and and Apple case as well, to use depending on the environment that I’ll be in. But nothing beats the Arc in minimal design and elegant. I only wish I could have spent the extra $$ on the chrome one. My warning for any owner of any iPhone. No matter what case you buy, if you drop it on a hard surface, chances are you’re going to break the speakers. My iPhone 13 Pro Max had to be repaired twice for just dropping it on the carpet. Even today, as my 2nd phone, the external volume is 25% of my iPhone 14 pro max. And my 13 had the Ultimate Protection Castify case. Never a stretch or a crack, but the speakers get dislodged and you suddenly have very low volume. At least the Arc doesn’t add weight or thickness to this gorgeous phone. 👍🏻
I seen this case earlier today and it took me 15 secs looking at it and I ordered it. I hate putting cases on phones but I want just a slight get out the car drop protection. I've been using the, Apple Silicone, Pitaka Mag EZ 3& phone rebel flex which I just returned.
For anyone who's purchased this... how does it do in your back pocket? Considering how it's two separate pieces, do they slide off in a tight pocket? Difficult to pull out?
Buddy usually we are similar in thinking. But this thing reminds me of all the bad Body Glove stuff of the 80's and 90's. I just can't imagine loving that day to day.

I like the minimalism of the Arc Pulse. I hate the $59.00 cost for less material. I reminds me of sexy ladies night wear. I also think that the manufacture should have put in a bit more protection. By this I mean surround the sides too. I can see the edges get compressed or scuffed if the iPhone happens to be inside a backpack or a ladies purse. iPhones are too expensive to be scuffed or damaged. I can see that not everyone thinks the same. Hence, not everyone does things the same way.
I think it’s cool but I don’t wanna se all the scratches coz sometimes i put my phone in my pocket and I forget my lighter, keys, etc, are in. Even my jeans have some zippers and metal buttons
Downside is $59… I mean I’m sure there is a ton of cost with designing and building a product. But no way this is more than $19.99. Especially since most people upgrade year to year and you will have your phone for a short time.
If the floor is not totally flat, gravel for example, the phone is gonna receive a glorious impact. A mix of this case with a 9h glass is enough? If the stone hits the lateral on a specific angle it can even break the screen with the 9h as the borders are very unprotected. If the stone hits the back...glass broken guaranteed. I use an official Apple silicon case with a 9h glass and I love the look of the mix. However It is true that I do not enjoy the clean Titanium finish.
For 120 one u rather get apple which i did when i had an iphone and use it without a case feels better in the hand no worries about what to do if it breaks
Unfortunately I missed this when it was available.. does anyone know if other later versions fits the 12 pro? Or could suggest a similar product that’s works.. thanks!

I bought this based on this review. I paid $89, which is a LOT for a case!. Is more bulky than you would think. I was surprised. I didn't care for it. Tried to return it after the 14 days, as I had issues with the iphone 14 and returned it (poor battery life) and it took a while to sort out. ARC refused to take this back. I explained the unusual amount of time, being over the 1 week past the limit. They didn't even bother to respond after my explanation of why late -after they refused to return it. Couldn't care less, it seems. Now I have an $89 case that is perfect and I'm stuck with it. I wouldn't buy this again and don't recommend working with a company that is unresponsive.

Does this work with dbrand skins?🤔🤔🤔🤔 -just started watching but im sold if it works with dbrand skins. I have the marble on the sides for my IP13PM Because i despise the stainless steel mess. This plus the dbrand leather skin would actually be kinda fire😮.
That is something I might try. Skin is so thin it should work but maybe worth the risk.
Yup it works :) fit is a bit tighter but no issue at all!
@@geniumme2502thank you🎉
Can you advise if this case will pair well with the Apple Mag Safe wallet. I’m thinking about pairing the two.
I have the phone Rebel Cases which are great. The drop protection is also awesome. I trade in my phone every year and would worry about scratches cause Appl looks for that when trading in. Thanks for sharing
Agree phone rebel is the best
Love the minimalist look but it only works on flat surfaces, drop it on xeriscape yard full of jagged rocks of different sizes and your phone is damaged easily.
This is a case I watched in an ad some years ago and wanted it so badly. I didn’t have a new enough device to get it. As soon as I upgraded my phone, I got it. I love it. Plus very few people know about it so it looks very original. For me, an office person, it protects against 95% of surfaces I stand on.
You gonna scratch you sh*t up
I like the idea of having a minimal amount of the phone covered but I’m wondering if you can use a wireless charger with this case.
Can confirm, works with the round MagSafe charger designs. For those full contact charging plates, it not all work.
Still dig my clear case and what I couldn’t hang w this one featured is I don’t dig the sharp iPhone edges (luved the old rounded sides)
Bro $59 freaking dollars!!!!!! At most $30 but would kill the competition at $25. Smh they should be helped marketing wise.
My friend said there's probably a $25 version on aliexpress
@@user-fi6hg8vq6cdo u know any case that looks like this? pls lmk, can’t find any on aliexpress
Great review! Just ordered mine, do you think it fits if I use my iPhone with dbrand skins???
Did you ever find this out?
@@brayancalle1807 yes it fits, at least at that time with my iPhone 14 pro, haven’t tried with 15 yet
They definitely didn’t out do Apple. The Apple Silicone case or leather case are the best in quality, look, durability, aesthetic, everything. I just stick to what they make every year.
Oh no. Apple’s cases have such a bad quality actually.
Hey. When you ordered it, how long did it take for it to arrive? I
@@_aisolo about 8 days. 👍🏻
How would I know if I damaged my speakers from drops? Is it very obviously quieter?
I can't hear well. Who makes this case? Please advise...Bob
Do a drop test, dropping it from 6,7, 10 ft with that case on and record it, I'm all for amazing finds as long as there's proof to back it up. 👍
I would love to see a video of that.
Been rocking the Rhinoshield bumper covers the last years, this is even better!
What about using MagSafe products? Doesn’t fit…
Why do I just think it looks like the iPhone has a bikini on. 😂
it is perfect but unfortunately if you need to use any of the magsafe products like wallet or battery it will. not fit
No it doesn’t work with the battery pack, MagSafe duo, Belkin car mount, or the wallets. I wish that was mentioned in this video since I bought the case because of the video and now I’ll be returning it since it’s not compatible with any of my MagSafe accessories other than the standard circle puck charger. In all fairness on their website under the “FAQ” it says it works with the puck charger but not all MagSafe accessories.
Chris, thank you so much for bringing this case to light. I was completely unaware of its existence. It looks really cool too. Thank you!
How does it attach? Feels like a pretty fundamental thing not to cover.
Downside is $59… I mean I’m sure there is a ton of cost with designing and building a product. But no way this is more than $19.99. Especially since most people upgrade year to year and you will have your phone for a short time.
Let the heat out which is the most important thing.., iPhone cases especially plastic rubber can slow down your phone
I like it but the price is ridiculous. How can two tiny pieces of a ‘case’ be 2-3 times more expensive than most full protection cases. 😢
Cause machined metal isn’t the same as a cheap moulded piece of plastic ;)
If the floor is not totally flat, gravel for example, the phone is gonna receive a glorious impact. A mix of this case with a 9h glass is enough? If the stone hits the lateral on a specific angle it can even break the screen with the 9h as the borders are very unprotected. If the stone hits the back...glass broken guaranteed. I use an official Apple silicon case with a 9h glass and I love the look of the mix. However It is true that I do not enjoy the clean Titanium finish.
Meh.... not really doing it for me. If we're going this route, might as well go naked
this case is for flat earthers
Sorry but absolutely terrible design.
Price ? Product Name ?
It is cool, but just know that the protection works only when it’s a completely flat surface
Awesome minimalist video. Question : what is your ultra band ?
Im using right now RHINOSHIELD solid suit with 3d imapct screen protector and spigen optik glass lens guard on my 15 pro… want to know your guyzzz ❤
For 120 one u rather get apple which i did when i had an iphone and use it without a case feels better in the hand no worries about what to do if it breaks
hello & thanks for the video, do you have a link to purchase this minimal case please, thanks in advance
Hmmm does it charge if you have it laying flat in your car charging tray? (2022 BMW 440)
The moment you drop it on a not-perfectly-flat surface, though, it becomes a roll of the dice.
what is the name of the case
Unfortunately I missed this when it was available.. does anyone know if other later versions fits the 12 pro? Or could suggest a similar product that’s works.. thanks!
If you wanted just drop protection, why didn’t you just go with a bumper case? They’ve been around for a very long time.
Does it work with the MagSafe battery pack - just curious with the bottom piece
No it doesn’t work with the battery pack, MagSafe duo, Belkin car mount, or the wallets. I wish that was mentioned in this video since I bought the case because of the video and now I’ll be returning it since it’s not compatible with any of my MagSafe accessories other than the standard circle puck charger. In all fairness on their website under the “FAQ” it says it works with the puck charger but not all MagSafe accessories.
They advised me it’s just with the pro sized phones. Pro max models aren’t impacted apparently
@@TheKailanmoore Thanks for the info, I didn’t realize it didn’t affect the Pro Max.
So you wouldn’t recommend it because they wouldn’t take it back after their return period?😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@LortsJailsusthey seem to have very bad reviews and take forever to ship and even the ones sold on Amazon. Amazon tells you that the seller takes 1 to 2 months to ship…there is complains all over the place… if you ea t to give them a chance I would buy one Amazon so at least you get your money back when you send them helpdesk cases over and over without response
Where do you buy that case ?
Phone rebel Flex is my fav case, you still hold and see the sides but the back is covered. And for less money. This “case” seems a bit expensive for what it is
Love the concept but how can you add something like a PopSocket to hold from time to time?
I have the most minimal case!
It’s called the invisi-shield! Epic!
Does the case make it harder to get in and out of tight pockets? Will the case pop off easily in my pocket?
If you lay your phone flat on the table. Does it stop the wobbling when you press the screen?
