I love fizzy water as well , I mix mine with Tesco cranberry raspberry sugar free drink , I hate water as well. SW is definitely the best there is, I don't pile my plate high . Lost 2.5 so far ❤

The good thing is you lost a pound. Do what you can to switch things up this week and see if it helps. I'm feeling a bit more hungry the last 24 hours, not sure if it's real hunger or I just miss eating rubbish. I hope I don't give into my cravings 🙏🏾. Enjoy the sunshine if you have any where you are. I was on slimming world 100% but the lack of self control with sugary fruits slowed down my progress. I'm glad you confirmed the sugar spike. The issue is the body then keeps demanding the sugar. Im finding eating more protein is satisfying my hunger for longer x x

I’m exactly the same with avocados 🥑. They are really good for you. Well done on your loss. I want bigger losses too. I know I couldn’t eat loads of chicken breast either. I’ve got some Nando’s sauce to go with my chicken. I think it’s half a syn per tablespoon. I have sweet chilli sauce which is 1 1/2 syns. I can’t not have sauces lol 😂. I like sparkling water too. I sometimes add a little cordial as I’m not keen on water either lol 😂. Yeah, I’m 45 and years ago I could lose weight faster and I had less to lose. I love going to group too. I go Saturdays too and it’s in the morning too. I used to hate weighing in on an evening. Xxxxx
You sound literally like my diet twin🤣🤣🤣. We are very similar in our thinking, age, weigh in day and time and views on Avocados. I also have sweet chilli, Nandos sauce and I recently am enjoying garlic mayo. Enjoy the sunshine if you have good weather where you are, here it's gorgeous 🌻 x x x

Well done Tatenda 👏🏻👍🏻 I have decided to go back to group on Monday. Like you I need that control factor and accountability which stepping on the scales gives me. I also need to be doing this alongside others. I’ve tried on my own but I have very little willpower. I do find the image therapy after weigh in is rather long and a little boring but I think it’s because I know SW inside out having done it so many times. Do you remember when you first went along? It seemed so exciting and the motivation was great. It’s harder these days, but my health and wanting to wear pretty clothes is calling again so I must try. Our super consultant went back to her nursing career and I do miss her, nice as the other one is. You always give such good tips and advice. I think I overdo the fruit and I must up my water intake. I agree 100%, image therapy gets boring. I have braved myself to walk out at times so I don't dread coming back the following week. My new group is smaller so it helps as my previous group was massive. I have sometimes left early, just acted like I had somewhere I needed to be 🙈😂😂😂 but I would have stayed long enough to benefit. I used to love imagine therapy etc but like you, I have been doing this for so long and don't fancy talking about it week after week. The only thing I have come to accept, when I stop going... I make the stupid decisions. The only way for me right now is group x x
You say it so well- The body is not responding to what used to work. Just done a Keto challenge and did not lose much.....On to something different. BUT, WELL DONE for the lose. You doing great!
Greek yoghurt is so so good. I had too many mullers and kvags, love them both but I just need to reduce the amount🤣. I bought none this week so let's see how it goes x all the best for the week ahead x
