MY MAN. I think I cannot ever properly express the sheer happiness you gave me with this song. This game, even when people compare it with X-COM was hella fun for me. It has nothing to do with the fact it covers one of my favorite factions in Warhammer, no sir. The beat and lyrics were amazing, half a minute in and I could tell this song is gonna be one of my jams. So, again, thank you.
@@danbull Agreed, if it came off as negative, I apologize. X-COM was the first game that got me into turn-based gaming. So, even if people compare it with X-COM, for me that kind of comparison is flattering.
The Combined Morticus Defense Initiative was a chapter founded the 3rd founding after the pyrrhic victory of Morticus Prime. Morticus Prime was under assault by hive fleet Leviathan but received aid from the Angels Redemptors, Sons of Macragge, and Crimson Sun chapters. All three chapters sustained heavy losses, and with prior losses to hive fleet Kraken, the recruiting worlds of these chapters were laid almost barren. Thus, to replenish numbers for fear of an extended siege from another tendril of the hive fleet, the three chapters merged in the Combined Mordicus Defense Initiative. The official spiritual liege of the CMDI is Roboutte Guillimon, though the Angels Redemptors are descended from the Dark Angels chapter.
