The bliss balm works! Not as soothing and much stiffer than Clinique balm, but give it a little extra time and absolutely takes makeup off. Love how recyclable it is.

I do my skincare then the Fix and Glow primer then do my Drmtlgy physical tinted sunscreen,a little blush and eye makeup and that's it. I had 3 co workers come up to me yesterday saying how great my skin looked. Please do another K beauty video. I am totally hooked on K beauty skincare. It's been a game changer for me. The only thing that has ever worked for me is washing my face once or twice a day and moisturizing with all basic products, any time I try to add things in, problems occur. I use Vanicream (cleanser or bar) and Olay products (the OG products like the original lotion or cream without anything magical). As for makeup, I use powder (in the form of foundation or bronzer). Eliminating liquid foundation has been the final discovery to clear skin, for me. If I use liquid foundation, it has to be thin and watery. My point in this comment is that Dr. Dray is right, keep it simple for most skin types. If anyone is curious about the powders I use, I use Mac Studio Fix Plus Powder Foundation with a loose fluffy brush (so I don't use a lot) and Mac mineralize skin finish for a beautiful glow, best combinations and light-weight, no oils and irritants. Dr. Dray you should try them and review. You will like them, ingredients are minimal.
I LOVE the Milani primer. Actually, any of them are nice. I almost choked when you talked about the ELF cc cream. Seriously, I rarely give up on something and just throw it away (frugal). BUT I could not make it work. Yeap, just like putting chalk on your face! You got my hooked on the Neutrogena Hydro Boost hyaluronic fragrance free gel/cream. It moisturizes so well and never pills up under my makeup. Well, thanks for another "watch worthy" video. ❤
My ENT doctor uses Q-tips in his ears. He told me I could use them in my ears too as long as I’m very very careful. If I don’t use Q-tips in my ears I get ear infections from the water that remains in my ears after showering.
I've used Q tips my entire life after getting out of the shower or anytime my ears itch, and my ears always looks fine and healthy inside. So I suppose it's something that works for some people but can be problematic for others

I like that Loreal glow paradise lip gloss! It applies like silk and has a nice shine and color, it does have a floral (rose?)scent/flavor to it that might be overwhelming. Have you tried Nyx Butter Glosses? It's a similar finish!

I have dry skin and I love the ELF CC cream. I had a lot of issues finding products that didn’t cling to my dry skin and make it look worse. Usually I mix it with a BB cream (cover girl) to sheer it out and then apply a layer of just the CC cream to areas that need extra coverage. It looks so nice and natural.

I still really miss that Neutrogena, overnight gel body moisturizer that Walmart used to carry. It was fragrance free, light enough that you could use a day or night even in the summer and it was just great stuff. 😢
as a man, i avoid any products "for men" like the plague. It doesn't matter what brand or how good it smells in the store, as soon as I get it home and wear it, it is always the most lingering, tacky, used car salesman smell and I end up throwing the whole thing in the trash or returning it.

I wonder, is there such a thing as overload on our faces with Niacinamide and HA, since this seems to be in many of our cleaners, moisturizers, sunscreens, and makeup? I have used the Bliss Cleansing balm as a first step in my double cleansing routine now for the past 3 weeks and I really like it. Consistency wise it feels like the Inkey List Cleansing balm, but I like that it's in this can, so it's way easier to get out. Will purchase it again.
I wear tge 30 hour foundation only if I'm going to club dancing or long events must ly every day lol ...hasn't broken me out but I also do a three step cleaning with oi ,wash and toner ever day and night

Sounds like everyone’s favorite for this is the gold bond pure moisture. I love it but I need a heavier cream so I use cetaphil cream in the tub. She says you can try it with any moisturizer you like
Vaseline also makes a good fragrence free body lotion. We usually get that and the Dove sensative skin bar soap that is fragrence free. Then i usually get fragrence free shaving cream in dollar tree if not Barbasol has a cheap fragrence free. All of these are cheaper end on brands I even use the dove sensative skin soap as a face wash lately. I have acne prone skin and I have had any problems. Then I'm also using peach slices acne toner and cerave pm moisturizer.
I have the elf one too and I don't love it, despite Emily Noels recommendation.The too faced is amazing, I agree.I also like the Dior forever as well as the loreal age perfect one.

I was just at Walmart to pick up some more Dove anti-dandruff shampoos. 😊 Side note..I noticed that a bunch of Head & Shoulders shampoos doesn't have those methyl preservatives in them. Could it be that are removing them? 🤔 That would be great. Sadly the conditioners seem to have the preservative. 🤷🏽♀️
I think RosaCare changed the formula??. Last bottle I purchased seemed to have a floral smell and stung after application. I've used off/on for several years without issue until recently.
Hey Dr. Dray! I have a question! I was on Isotretinoin 1 year ago, and after stopping treatment I've had hypercholesterolemia. Is it a possiblility that Accutane changed the cells on a genetic level, so the cholesterol metabolism got altered? I never got any info from the doctors in my past that I had too high cholesterol, so for me it's strange to discover it now. Thank you 🙏🏽
I have the neutragena lip gloss with spf. I also use the L’Oréal true match under eye concealer. Dr dray I can not put any type of sunscreen anywhere near my eyes. Mineral, chemicals, combo it doesn’t matter. I always use unscented, fragrance free, and try and try and try. My eyes always seem to get it in them
I have to agree about the elf camo cc cream! I saw so many good reviews about this product and thought it may be a great one for my sensitive/combination skin, and this product was the worst! It was very thick, drying, awful to apply and showed all the texture on my skin! As I'm aging (turning 29 soon) I've found my skin is becoming more oily and I'm prone to more break outs, therefore am in search of a light foundation/skin tint that will actually help improve my skin concerns...I'd be grateful for any recommendations! (I have olive undertoned light brown skin and am currently using the bourjois 123 cc cream in light beige)
hi dr dray!!I have one of the loreal glosses in shade 80 sublime magenta. I love it but it is fragrant and maybe some taste. the consistency is very similar to the Neutrogena. Neutrogena might be slightly thicker. I have that in vibrant raspberry which is a brighter pink than loreal. you would definitely like the loreal consistency. but the taste and fragrance may be off-putting to you. babe, sometimes beauty is pain😂

as a man, i avoid any products "for men" like the plague. It doesn't matter what brand or how good it smells in the store, as soon as I get it home and wear it, it is always the most lingering, tacky, used car salesman smell and I end up throwing the whole thing in the trash or returning it.
I'm just thinking out loud here. I wonder, is there such a thing as overload on our faces with Niacinamide and HA, since this seems to be in many of our cleaners, moisturizers, sunscreens, and makeup? I am just thinking if this is why my face breaks out from time to time due to these being in most products I apply to my face. I sure love our shopping trips! Your stores carry a lot more inventory that our Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc. Thanks and I hope everyone is having a terrific Tuesday!
Probably for some it is a bit much which is why I'm always surprised when folks say they also use separate niacinamide and/or HA serums.
I have used the Bliss Cleansing balm as a first step in my double cleansing routine now for the past 3 weeks and I really like it. Consistency wise it feels like the Inkey List Cleansing balm, but I like that it's in this can, so it's way easier to get out. Will purchase it again.

The L’Oréal lip balm gloss - the fragrance is so strong it’s a huge turn off but if you can get past that I do like the tint and feel

I wear tge 30 hour foundation only if I'm going to club dancing or long events must ly every day lol ...hasn't broken me out but I also do a three step cleaning with oi ,wash and toner ever day and night

Sounds like everyone’s favorite for this is the gold bond pure moisture. I love it but I need a heavier cream so I use cetaphil cream in the tub. She says you can try it with any moisturizer you like

Vaseline also makes a good fragrence free body lotion. We usually get that and the Dove sensative skin bar soap that is fragrence free. Then i usually get fragrence free shaving cream in dollar tree if not Barbasol has a cheap fragrence free. All of these are cheaper end on brands I even use the dove sensative skin soap as a face wash lately. I have acne prone skin and I have had any problems. Then I'm also using peach slices acne toner and cerave pm moisturizer.
I got a couple of the Loreal lip glosses and the doe foot broke off 2 of them brand new as soon as I opened them.

I have oily skin but I don't like the ELF camo concealer. I really like the Too Faced Born this way concealer, it's phenomenal.
I have the elf one too and I don't love it, despite Emily Noels recommendation.The too faced is amazing, I agree.I also like the Dior forever as well as the loreal age perfect one.

I was just at Walmart to pick up some more Dove anti-dandruff shampoos. 😊 Side note..I noticed that a bunch of Head & Shoulders shampoos doesn't have those methyl preservatives in them. Could it be that are removing them? 🤔 That would be great. Sadly the conditioners seem to have the preservative. 🤷🏽♀️

I think RosaCare changed the formula??. Last bottle I purchased seemed to have a floral smell and stung after application. I've used off/on for several years without issue until recently.
Hey Dr. Dray! I have a question! I was on Isotretinoin 1 year ago, and after stopping treatment I've had hypercholesterolemia. Is it a possiblility that Accutane changed the cells on a genetic level, so the cholesterol metabolism got altered? I never got any info from the doctors in my past that I had too high cholesterol, so for me it's strange to discover it now. Thank you 🙏🏽

I have the neutragena lip gloss with spf. I also use the L’Oréal true match under eye concealer. Dr dray I can not put any type of sunscreen anywhere near my eyes. Mineral, chemicals, combo it doesn’t matter. I always use unscented, fragrance free, and try and try and try. My eyes always seem to get it in them

I have to agree about the elf camo cc cream! I saw so many good reviews about this product and thought it may be a great one for my sensitive/combination skin, and this product was the worst! It was very thick, drying, awful to apply and showed all the texture on my skin! As I'm aging (turning 29 soon) I've found my skin is becoming more oily and I'm prone to more break outs, therefore am in search of a light foundation/skin tint that will actually help improve my skin concerns...I'd be grateful for any recommendations! (I have olive undertoned light brown skin and am currently using the bourjois 123 cc cream in light beige)
hi dr dray!!I have one of the loreal glosses in shade 80 sublime magenta. I love it but it is fragrant and maybe some taste. the consistency is very similar to the Neutrogena. Neutrogena might be slightly thicker. I have that in vibrant raspberry which is a brighter pink than loreal. you would definitely like the loreal consistency. but the taste and fragrance may be off-putting to you. babe, sometimes beauty is pain😂

I used la roche posay triple protection Ap+M baume and it was like a velvety sheet covering my neck and face so exhilarating but that was for today my moisturizer the one that i was more often is neutrogena hydro boost extra dry skin fragrance free gel cream that works like a magical potion it has the charm 😉💙. One that i also collected from you miss Andrea is the not to fall for the game of marketing and label/taboo kinda thing for instance men care by dove every one can use them just because the are labeled for men give us a break marketing companies. Last but not least here in greece we have the version cosmetic brand that is hyped up both for primers, concealers and foundations (really expensive).
