THE RECIPE
Ingredients:
12 eggs
1.5 cups cottage cheese
2 cups pork panko
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
Blend everything together (use a food processor). Pour into a non-stick 9 by 5 loaf pan (or use parchment paper for easy cleanup). Bake at 375°F for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing into 22 (1/2 inch) slices.

fried pork rinds in a food processor than to buy pork rind crumbs. That's what I did for my chicken nuggets on my RUclips channel that I posted today.

As many eggs as you have in there. Treat it a an angel cake, change pans to an angel food cake pan and let it cool upside down so it doesn't deflate

That would require sugar and technically the egg whites have way too much omega six. the yolks are what you are after with omega-3's

This is a unique out of the box experiment but try to focus on steak and eggs. This is too processed. Fresh protein is always better than processed.

I was about to say how is it carnivore with bread but then you said powdered pork rinds. For some reason I think I need to have powdered pork rinds in my life. Thinking that on a green bean casserole or salad topping. Maybe add it to pork stuffing
I made some ground chicken nuggets dipped in whipped eggs as egg wash and pork rind crumbs instead of bread crumbs. It turned out great!
