What I'm understanding is the "RNA expression" will be considered as any continuous variable, and the p-value we get from these statistical tests will point at the differentially expressed ones between 2 groups of patients such as by mutation or response status? It'd be impossible to enter all genes in the analysis though.. Honest question, if the normalized data is useless why is it on the portal? @liquidbrainbioinformatics
