Once the cakes cool an makes the jello she brakes the cake apart along with the jello into a big bowl like little chuck size peices and throws in strawberries, peach slices and other fruits u prefer but I just like strawberries n peaches in mines then packs those in all in one bowl oh yeah with yellow pudding inside also everything mixed together into the fridge for hr or 2 and you have some goodness.

Bruh, ill give you my secret. In the morning I do push ups until tired, I do the same before bed. And then I do planks for one minute once a day. I call it the lazy mans work out. Started before corona and now im ripped. Not healthy bro ripped but decent enough. Try it, takes years but the results catch up.
