    Great runner, need to get the lean sneeze figured out in mine(pretty sure i need to reclean the carb) and get the water pump changed. As well as get my tank rebuilt.

      Nice. I don’t know if you know this, but the idle idjustment on the Mark 20 is an air screw so it functions opposite of a normal mix adjustment. It is clockwise to richen and counterclockwise to lean. It look me a little while to figure that out. I still have to figure out why mine fouls out plugs at idle. I’m going to try out some NGK plugs instead of the champions to see how it does.

    What’s a good float height been Messing with my carb and can’t seem to get it quite right

      There are specifications for that. All the Mercury carbs that are the tillotson AJ style carb with the bowl on the side are set the same. Usually you can set it up so that the float following bar is at the same height as the highest part of the bosses that hold the pins for the needle and seat mechanism.
