I've been doing Yin Yoga off and on for about 6 months now in combination with a Fascial Immersion course as an LMT. I was not sure I could handle these poses yet, however with my many props on hand I was pleasantly surprised to see just how flexible I have become. Yin is SO necessary and gratifying. Please post more videos? Hard to find good instructions on internet. Sarah, yours are terrific!

J19Pritch I do the same! There are some videos out there that the tutors have chosen some very good music that resonates with me that I find myself humming them...

Since my hamstrings are made of concrete I call this set the "knee breaker" :) . It's a torturous set but I LOVE it. I have been doing this for a while now and feel the difference, which is quite shocking for me :) Thank you very much.

I have unstable hips which I am working on strengthening this feels so good I want to do it daily though don't want to over do. Thank you so much for sharing this.

I did this practice it felt so good.omg a bit after my toothbrush stopped working and I got so angry with it and kept on trying to fix it and was just so not myself,I hadn't had issues like this in some time just curious did this practice maybe bring this up?? something in me to the surface??💜

question: in the forward bend at the beginning, can i lock my knees? thank you... :^)
there is generally no knee locking in yoga....bend your knees as much as is comfortable, even resting your torso on your thighs in a forward fold. :straightening: your legs is always with a micro knee bend.~hope that helps!
