Hi sir I am Abhiraj I buy Panasonic split AC few days ago. After watching your video AC is superb but I want to ask one question that when installation team came to my home I asked them for vaccum they say they do vaccum I say ok then after installation I asked them you did vaccum they say yes we do vaccum but without using vaccum pump like self vaccum. After that I got totally confused wheather I vaccum again or it is ok I wrote email and message to many technician to ask them most of the technician said it's ok nothing goona happened but I don't know what to do so I am writing this message to you for your suggestion. PLESE REPLY ME
First of all Vacuum is mandatory either old machine or new machine.. If you want to do vacuum again then you can but ask same to your brand customer care..

Vaccum is 100% important to give 100% performance of your ac compressor, it very slowly damages the compressor 😔,
