Yea.. with smaller scale you will not get a clear figure. Angle measurements will also be difficult. Go for some higher scales as per highest value of the quantity, to get better visualisation of your figure. Also, better figure makes checking of supervisor easy, hence giving more marks. Tip - Better the presentation of your work, more will be marks. Thanks, Team EL
Good question Roshan Patil; You can also draw the arc below the horizontal couple, and this is absolutely correct. If you will draw the arc below the horizontal couple then you will get different space diagram, couple polygon as well as different force polygon. You will get all these diagrams like a mirror image.(means Jo mass upar hai wo niche aa jayega and Jo mass niche hai wo upar jayega) So finally angles will also get changed. You will get ∆C=290° and ∆D=145° when measured anticlockwise from mass B. And this ans is also correct.

Did you mean protractor? If you want to draw using protractor, then yes you can directly draw the force at given angles by measuring it using protractor. But we suggest you to use space diagram to draw the Force using a roller scale, it will be easy and it will take less time in examination also. Hope your Doubt is cleared. If you have any query, feel free to comment us Thank you
Yes it is possible to solve using analytical method, but We suggest you to prefer graphical method for these types of sums as it reduces the calculation work and it is short compared to analytical method. There can be some mistakes in calculation on calculator because of longer equations... So comparatively you will get correct answer in short time by doing graphical method only.
