This place has changed a lot…I remember that ok 1997
Hey Mr Zim. I say this often, it always impresses me at how litter free most of Zim is!! Compared to SA., which is a huge garbage tip in most areas, Zim is awesome to view on camera. Mabelreign wasn't an area I visited often, only for sport, Churchill vs Ellis Robins, the blokes at ER were a tough bunch or Disco dances at Mabelreign Girls high - It was the late 1970s back then!! In those days, the high schools would send either "special invites" to specific pupils or so many "general invites" to each school when there was a dance. You would collect one of these, from your school so you could get into the dance. If memory serves, the chicks at "MGH" were quite hot!! As "Churchill foreigners", going to a dance at MGH we had to be alert for ER blokes wanting to cause trouble...ah those were the days!!

Grew up and raised in Mabelreign and i can definitely say it has changed a lot in a negative way. Now i understand when people say its almost like ma location..hmm very very sad..
Suprisingly Harare has a decent economy going for it 😅
