So first I need to put in a video to extract continuous video frames, and then perform 4 operations, and the resulting picture is put into 5, and the picture from 5 is put into 6, right?

1. In Step 3, extract the DWPose frames and specify the output path in the '2) Input Openpose Directory group' (workflow for Step 4). This eliminates the need to extract continuous video frames separately.
2. Complete Step 4 to generate a raw dance video, then use it as the source video in Step 5 for additional refinement. If the video meets your expectations at Step 5, advancing to Step 6 is optional. If you choose to proceed to Step 6, use the refined video from Step 5 as the source.
