I have a theory about Ouma: Even though i can't read kanji, i guess i figured out what Ouma tries to do. You see Ouma crying? You see Ouma smiling right after that, probably claiming that those were fake-tears and that he's a liar. Hm. What if the tears were real? What if he tries to smile, tries to cheer everyone up, make them think of something else? But they just take it wrong? I mean, at one point, i don't know exactly which, Ouma cries, then claims they were faked and i feel like... Tenko (?) said something to him, cause he looked super mad as he ran out of the room. I guess he's just trying to cheer everyone up, no matter what they say. And at that point he just couldn't smile and cheer them up anymore, so he ran out of the room. I mean, he is way too innocent-minded for something like this! And the voice lines, he is crying "y-yada yo! Yamete yo!" and often he says "NANDE DAYO?!" which means: BUT WHY? -> in "why does this have to happen!" and the yada yo and the yamete yo, yada yo means "i don't want anymore!", HE'S A CHILD IN HIS MIND! and yamete yo! "Make it stop!", i guess he needs a moment to catch himself and if he would be honest, he would just continue crying, but he's smiling and cheering everyone up. And now i feel bad. (edit) And i noticed something else. He screams something like, "I KNOW! B-but... But i...", like, he's having a mental breakdown, after everyone just shiting on him. He just wants to make everyone happy! And now wait for them calling him selfish after everything he tried for them. Just like with Nagito. Fuck, poor Ouma.
I got another thing: He claims being a liar the whole time, right? What if he is a liar cause he *knows* that noone will trust him anyways and the little child in him still tries to make everyone happy. He tries to be happy, while he is deeply hit from all the people who won't trust him cause of his personality and his talent. Why then not just be a liar, if they don't trust you anyways?
