I just ordered these chains today and have been checking instruction videos. This is the best one I’ve found. Covers all information needed with no wasted time. Thanks.
Excellent tutorial!!! I love the demo and screen shot for each step AND visual on both sides of the car! I feel much better about tackling this again! After NUMEROUS attempts, following your steps... got it! I'm a 62 lady, accustomed to driving in snow and specifically ice, but will be driving in Yukon early April, having them is required until 4/30. I've never had to use any before although a few times wished I had them. Thank you!!!!
The position of the chain when initially installed may not be in the same position come time to remove the chain off the tire. So, after unhooking the chain from the tensioner you may need to drive forward or backward a bit to free the bottom chain that was previously underneath the tire.
Hi Phil and if I need chains with a 4x4 I need to stay HOME! Hope all is well and we're waiting for a cold snap to kill all the blooms and blossome. Have a Jesus weekend and GBWYall!
We didn't get a lot of snow this year. In fact, today I was walking around outside in a T-shirt. It's been a very mild winter here, in fact, It's a nice day for a birthday party. My dad turns 80 today. Going to have a full house in about two hours. Always good to hear from you, Lewie!
@@PhilCrockett Happy Birthday to Pop and it's 72 here. I've been siting out on the porch for a while. Maples have green on them from 1/2 to 3/4 inch long but we're dur the yearly kill back frost. Don't over do it and Jesus Weekend to ALL Yall!
I imagine the rust is superficial. I personally would use it until it broke. There's really not a good test. However, these are so inexpensive, it doesn't hurt to have a second set on hand
I have to face it. It’s pie radius squared!!! I got the WRONG F- SIZE. It is even posted on the container. Not all sizes are listed !? Oh yeah? Gee No Kidding!

Nice tutorial. I expect never to need to use it, as my truck remains parked in my driveway during snow events. 😁

I have the old chains that are only chains. Please do a step-by-step how-to for these.
If I ever get my hands on any, I will definitely make a video of that
