Awesome Osiris is one of my favorite characters in the Black Family, it's sad that they haven't utilized Black Adam's family as much as the regular Marvel family
i feel bad for him... Hes innocent and kind like Billy Batson, except he feels even stronger emotions than any other hero in a way, the torture hes gone through and feeling of weakness severely effected him. Which is the reason he loses control easily with his power. He still has a pure soul through everything which is why he always says sorry and seeks a better way. But ultimately he fails, his love is always his own downfall
"The pathway to hell is paved with good intentions" this pretty much sums up Osiris in a nutshell. I too love characters who are good at heart but want something so bad they are willing to corrupt their own being in order to get it, but its even better when they achieve their goal, realize it wasn't worth the cost, and in the end have to give it up to make things right.
This video really got me interested. I had never heard of Tomaz before this, but watching this has really excited me. His character and family is so unique that I'd love to read about him. Unfortunately I have zero experience with Marvel and therefore don't have a clue where to start. :T
Hey Faust, im not going to suggest you do a history about a character or anything, but i wanted to recommend an interesting comic i found that you might be interested in checking out. I just finished reading Plastic Man archives volume 3 and i was really blown away by how smart it is, and how it blends comedy with the superhero genre unlike anything else. Seriously, it is one of the most clever and well-ritten, tongue-in-cheeck comics i have ever read! A forgotten gem, worth looking into.

Good video, do you personally like Amon better as a hero or a villain? If he ever got to appear in a cartoon series, or returned to the comics, would you want him to undergo a fall from grace like last time or just be good or bad right off the bat?
Who else still religiously plays DCUO DC Universe Online? Anyone or am i alone on this one that game till this day is my fav game to cosplay sometimes style up and pvp pve with the ability of costume tuning to create not only DC active spot on characters but Marvel ones aswell genuis game ever made and it still earns rightfully deserves every penny ive ever put into it and will continue to do so and hope that not only doess it never go away but shall it continue receiving updates they revamp the graohics and small ingame character creation small detsils even though when tgey moved up from ps3 to ps4 the graphics were smalk but obvious big changes for me and looked amazing it can be campy and low standard to most who don't get the game but for what its worth its not only a perfect raid dungeon pvp pve team guild rpg mmo type of genuis game but its just unlimited character creating and as i stated perfect on both villain n hero sides and spot on when you create characters both from dcu and mcu worlds i hope it updates its graphics dramatically and never goes away however im still tickled and very thankful and will dedicate more of my life earnings money time and excitement to the game no matter if they decide to upscale the character designs or not the way devs actually listened to there players giving us new skins hairstyles costumes trinkets missiobs you name it boys n girls im telling you if you havent yet....get into it you wont regret it!!!
Thanks for the video. The character was a murderous brat though. He was basically a Superboy Prime Copy that didn't get a permanent punishment for all the death he caused. He just got brought back to life, killed more people, and ended up escaping scott free. I wish they killed him off for good in the comics.

Osirus, isis, and sobek are all based on egyption gods i think only sobek is the closest to the origonal god but i would not know about the other two unless i get a list of their powers. But the black adom reviving osirus part also resembles isis and nephthys reviving osirus after set killed him and made osirus god of the underworld. O_O wow i can not belive i want mythology nut on this *shrugs* oh well
I am going to assume you mean Informative Books, in which case you can't get around Veronica Ions Egyptian Mythology (its still one of the best books on the subject), and then there is Egyptian Mythology: A Guide by Geraldine Pinch. Raymond O. Faulkner’s translation of The Egyptian Book of the Dead is worth a read. I think those 3 are the best books to date. I also suggest staying clear of EA Wallis Budge's works and anything he was credited with. The guy wrote his stuff around the early 19th century, when people just started deciphering the hieroglyphs and a lot of his stuff is outdated. And if those books up there are to complicated (they are all college level books) a bit easier to get into is Egyptian Myths by George Hart, which is more Highschool level i suppose. Its a little simpler than the other ones. But Veronicas is still one of the books to get you started. If you are looking for Novels give Goodreads a look. They have a section for popular Egyptian Mythology, contains all kinds of fiction stories, that actually are closer to the source material than either DC or Marvel ever has been (and it just pains me to see how the two of them go about Mythology)
