I’m gonna try all three of these soon in my life. I actually do suryanamaskar in the morning and I do 50 squats while I’m brushing my teeth. Really pushes that laziness a little far away. Previous year(2020) we started taking cold shower means normal tap water in india for our whole family and this continues till now it seems little difficult in winter but if u think for thesnowy winters of other places then energy boosted keep up u r good work thanks for motivation my 13 year daughter also loves u r challenge and this is our family challenge and till now we continue
