Eat well
Get plenty of proper rest
Exercise
Get some sun whenever possible (Vitamin D)
Take vitamins when needed
Stay away from pharmaceuticals, shots and doctors/hospitals as much as possible
Use alternate medicines and natural remedies
And stay away from propaganda “news” (ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, FOX, News Nation, etc).

This exhaustion is associated with chronic viral infections and is often marked by an increase in inhibitory markers such as PD-1 on T cells, indicating reduced capacity to fight the virus.
3. Imbalance in T Cell Subsets: SARS2 can cause an imbalance between different types of T cells, particularly affecting the ratio of Th1/Th2 cells, which are involved in different immune responses. This can lead to a poorly coordinated immune response, with the virus suppressing the normal inflammatory response that is needed to control infection.
4. Cytokine Dysregulation: SARS2 can also cause T cells to contribute to a dysregulated immune response known as a cytokine storm. This hyperactive immune reaction involves the overproduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines, leading to tissue damage and worsening disease outcomes. While T cells normally help regulate immune responses, in severe COVID-19 cases, their dysregulation can contribute to this excessive inflammation.
5. Potential for Long-term Immune Dysfunction: Repeated or persistent infections with SARS2 may result in long-term immune system dysfunction. The virus’s impact on T cells could lead to chronic immune dysregulation, similar to what happens in HIV, where T cell exhaustion and depletion contribute to immune suppression over time. This could explain some of the long-term health issues observed in COVID-19 survivors.

I know how I'd respond: Global public health agencies need to realize there is a way to sustain their economies while still protecting the lives of their people. Masks work and should be promoted and not politicized. People should be taught to wear them properly (well fitted, not under the nose, not hanging from one ear, not brought down to cough, eat, or talk). Restaurants should be well-ventilated and offer outdoor seating or take-out if possible to avoid overcrowding. This isn't rocket science, and I believe most people around the world are intelligent enough to comprehend this if we only give them the true facts and stop with all the talk of masks being "face diapers", and the pandemic being 'over', or a 'plandemic/scamdemic/hoax'. That nonsense has led to millions upon millions of needless deaths of gullible people who trusted their politicians over actual scientists.

I didn't take it and haven't has as much as a cold in 4 years. I am constantly around people and don't wear mask. I am one of two people at my work who didn't get covid. The other guy is my co worker who is pureblood. We have been fine while all our vaccinated co workers have had covid a few times. I was told we would die. LOL!
