Pacing an MTH smoking ALCO PA1 Southern Pacific Daylight Cab Ride

Running a pair of MTH ALCO PA1 A and B units aboard the Northeast Florida Model Railroaders 1/87 HO scale modular model railroad. Cruise with the mighty ALCO's as she heads west from Miami to deliver passengers aboard the majestic Daylight to the city of Los Angeles. Quad MTH PS3 high fidelity stereo speakers pumping to the mighty sixteen cylinder turbo diesels as they charge away across the fruited plains towards the city of lost angels. Our layout is larger since we've installed the renovated massive steel mill.
Northeast Florida Model Railroaders presents the 1/87 HO scale modular model railroad and a pair of MTH (Mike's Train House) pulling a set of thirteen Broadway Limited Imports Daylight passenger train which belongs to Randy Jaerger. The MTH ALCO PA1 A and B units are individually powered and create smoke. Each powered unit has an individual PS3 sound decoder which incorporates a smoke generation unit. Our layout is controlled by the latest NCE digital command control system (DCC) and features model railroad manufactures such as Athearn, Broadway Limited Imports, Bachmann Trains, Mikes Train House (MTH) etc. Northeast Florida Model Railroaders represents the greater Jacksonville Florida metropolitan area and is a group of model railroad enthusiasts who strive to educate and share our hobby with public open houses and around the world through our videos. At our home location in Jacksonville Florida our layout is twenty two feet wide and eighty feet long housed inside a 9,000 square foot warehouse.
