This is pretty neat! Now, imagine for an upgrade they added an Augmented Reality visor lens, for if you wanted to access Google Maps to keep you from getting lost.

The straps go on the outside of the ear muffs and into the leather-like material bands to keep the straps in place and to also push the ear muffs against your ears. This is a snowboarding helmet design, fyi.
Almost perfect, all it needs is an app to communicate between your helmet and smartphone. To acess your pics and video instead of using a cable on your computer. I do like it still.

EXCELLENT ! Straight to TOP points , clear, concise, fast, but not to fast. Goldilocks choice for reviews. ☆☆☆☆ (so close to 5), only thing that not one of many has failed @ is the (read ALL the directions before reviewing & look @ the acess labels. Both clearly state it.) CHARGE PORT is a 15K In & Out. Which not a single one has mentioned after watching quite a large amount of reviews. Out & in a clinch? Plug your phone & more in. Hi Rod, when you put on the helmet, how or what indicates that your video recording was on? how did you find out?
You can always add an insta360go2 camera mount and run a redundant video. Shoulda got the 128gb modle.
I could not for the life of me get the micro sd card to go in the slot, I can’t find 1 video that shows anyone adding their card but theirs all seem to work. I try to push it in and it won’t go in so I’m like I don’t understand, is mine defective?!
great helmet, how do I change the date and time for the recording?
The camera is showing the wrong date and time, how do I change that? the helmet is connected to the phone via Bluetooth but the date and time are still showing as 16-May 2017

face shield needs to slide back onto the helmet otherwise you have to hold it in your hand temporarily

Yeah. That camera is fucked. 32gb is ridiculously underpowered and cheap. The fact that this company also doesn't have a web site is a deal breaker.

Definitely not a buy. The audio quality is poor, the outgoing call quality is poor, and the video quality is poor, which makes this just a helmet with a hefty price tag at the end of the day. I even heard that the LED's on the back are not that strong, and really only benefit anyone using them exclusively during night hours. One reviewer on Amazon made a good point, saying that you actually would have to call out someone else's license plate for future reference if anything bad happens, because the video quality is so poor that you probably won't be able to make it out. Also, 32 GB SD max? That's gonna run out constantly, and make it really impractical to continue catching passive footage on the go.
Anyone considering this helmet is better off just buying a regular helmet, buying a mountable tail light with turn signals, and recording footage via their phone using a phone mount on their bike and they'll have A LOT more GB space. Anyone can basically buy separately all the things this helmet offers and have a better quality experience while spending less money.

this is the last comment i've read about it and i'm sold. can't find anything close to it.. all the details sound fantastic to me. light? yes. but is it big? yes. is it bright? yes (3x more than Abus). does it intercept braking? yes. is it with turn signals? yes. but is the turn signal clear (no stupid effect like on Livall)? yes. what about remote? yes. but but is it with sound confirmation? yes. every single helmet i studied misses most of this. this is the core i want - clear light with some control. and optionally i would wish for earpads, visor like on Abus, camera, good design (not looking like bike helmet). and again, this one got it. perfect helmet for little price. what i'd nitpick is there's no front light, or the visor isn't skrewed to flip faster. nighttime visor is being sold on ali.
i'm buying it now. here's what's reported in the 2023 version:
1. way better video quality
2. USB C
3. You can place the helmet upside down on a table and it will sit still.
4. I think audio quality is even better
5. ear muffs got a lot better and they attach firmly to the helmet.
6. more pretty.
