- This week we hit the road into the Arizona Desert! Camping at one of my favorite spots near Wikieup Arizona. Had a relaxing night at camp and made our version of Taco Bell's Burrito Supreme.

Tarantula hawks are chill as they have little to fear. 1/4" stinger hanging out of a 3-4" iridescent wasp is spooky though. It's a neurotoxin that's big on pain but doesn't have lasting effects.
Don't give up on AZ in the summer, just get over 7,000 ft.
Thats what we've heard! one of the most painful stings out there but no lasting effects so thats good. And no doubt! We have a few spots we have in mind in AZ for the summer! Thanks for watching!

For future reference. Tarantula hawks love milkweeds, soapberry trees, and mesquite trees for the nectar. And you camped right next to a mesquite.

Burrito didn’t look great until you got it toasted without exploding! Never imagined wanting to replicate Taco Bell but looks delicious.
The toasting is what took it to the next level! These were so good we ended up making a few burritos with the leftovers after this camp trip lol Thanks for watching!

I still have never seen a Tarantula hawk. Maybe i'm not paying attention though. That burrito looked awesome man!!
They are pretty big so sometimes when they fly around you I think its a small bird lol! so that may be why haha

Its just a cheap RV rug we found at Walmart, makes camp feel a lot more homey
That was more like Chipotle Size than Taco Bell. Next time, you need to stop at Walmart to pick up some of their brands of Cinnamon & Sugar Churro Twist. Then you got a nice Taco Bell Meal super sized! 😂
