Why does spell amp not always show the correct number? I recently played Rubick, for example, and beyond his passives 26% spell amp, the number would just not go higher (I added Kaya). Is it just a glitch with the numbers on screen on does Rubick not get additional spell amp or what??
@@RFA1988 When they pick up the rune with a bottle, instead of being activated immediately it is store for a short period of time or until activated by the user, whichever comes first. The red bottle had the run speed rune stored in it, light blue is the bottle's normal colour when it has charges, but the water rune and double damage rune look similar when stored. The exp rune is a dark blue and the gold rune is gold-ish when stored.

Noob question. What does the water flask specifically do?
Basically it gives hp and mana Regen for 3 seconds. It has 3 charges but can be refilled by either going to fountain or taking runes.
