I mean, this is a cool feature, but I just don’t see myself using it often. It’s like the tune sharing feature for me, because I won’t use it. I like making my own tunes and schemes. I’m not gonna lie though, I might use it if I don’t have enough time to make a design, and I might even upload my own schemes, but other than that, I won’t use it.
Can you get Mod libraries from here?

Awesome! Well done carx. I love that they've protected the intellectual property rights of the creative party. Now we just need the map sharing in place and this will be one of the best racing/customisable games on the market.
So basically, “Cross Platform Livery Sharing” means that people on PC’s can share their livery’s to console.
Mhm, I'd assume it isn't an option when making liveries bc it's not on console yet

I'm so upset, I can't access the liveries cause I don't have PlayStation Plus. 😭
Cross platform publications means you can see the liveries that people post from a different console then yours like Xbox/ PlayStation/ PC.
Watch it just get filled with 'stolen' fd liveries from kino lol

This game is slowly becoming a G.O.A.T.
The cross platform means that if you enable it you especially will see only PC made liveries but if you turn it off or whatever it says you will be able to download something that someone on console downloaded.
This is super cool for the console players because now they will be able to download PC liveries.

I would never re upload someones livery to gain credit. that is just wrong.
Cross Platform just means if someone on Xbox posts one and someone on PlayStation wants it they need Cross Platform

So we got it on console and I made a livery for my team and I published it but I sooner after publishing it I edited my livery and published the updated livery can I unpublish the older outdated livery

The one thing I noticed... With pc player and the discords of people liverys they've made... People on PC can now download those and post them ingame "given under 200 layer count" under their account, thus taking rep for making them. Which I think is going to cause alot of issues in the community. But.. generally, It is cool because we can now make liverys for console players as pc players.

I’m soooo glad they made it so ppl can’t steal liveries … and that ppl can still edit them … and thank you for clearing that up too cause I was worried when u said you can edit them that ppl would just nick the designs …
As for the cross platform option I’m sure that just means if your on Pc you can toggle off console created items and the same for consoles we can toggle off pc builds as the ability to fine tune on pc is immensely better …
So this is heaps cool and I’m just going through my liveries now adding my best .. esp since ppl can’t steal them .. ❤

I'm so glad you can edit downloaded livery, in forza if you try to edit a livery you've saved it will just remove the livery. I think it's to prevent people reuploading liveries, but car x managed to address that aswell.

Yes now I can transfer some of my xbox design to pc
it's still a little too late. October, Forza 8 gets released and all my attention will be focused on it. this Carx Livery sharing scheme has the life expectancy of an ice cube on the counter. slowly it will all start to get boring, seeing everyone in the same liveries...Ohhh Joy. how many Whore House liveries you think you'll will need?

It's cool that carx made sure we couldn't republish the liveries. He should do the same for the tunes.
So how about when someone download and save the livery using kino then load it back? Still cannot republish?
