Thanks for the upload, top notch! Now on to the next bat rep, no but seriously thank you for the awesome work, it really does wonders for the global Warmachine community. Storm legion vs something MK4 would make my day. Cheers!

Hey so this might already be covered but the book didn't seem to cover very well what the difference between the doctrines are with the Winter Korp vs the Winter Guard/legacy Khador.
As a fluff bunny and RPG guy i think i have some idea but i haven't had a chance to see it on the tabletop (if it plays out on the tabletop) or in the new books.
My guess is that they seem based around the rifle winter guards and the support weapon but mixed with some elements from the Kommandos. Of course its all Khador but there just seems to be some good nuance to explore where as Cygnar theirs is just one unit evolving to dominate their entire army, but Khador seems to have genuinely evolved.

I have a bunch of stuff from back in Mk2 , and am really trying to decide if it is worth buying anything to get back into the game for Mk4... Sad about Protectorate of Menoth being basically nonexistent, as that is one of the forces I have.... and also sad that Trolls have pretty much gone away as well, aside from the kinda strange pirate ones now. Winter Guard Infantry was all that was left to complete my Khador into 100pts back then, and I'm not sure I like the current winter korps models as much, not to mention that most of my models only work if I use the unlimited format.
I guess part of my decision will depend on if the game gains any steam in my area ... but it seems to have lost a lot of steam as well as a good bit of its steampunk vibe. Mk2 was one of the best games ever, sad that it ended up getting to where it is now....
    Cheers.

When I''ve beaten Khador, it's been because the player didn't take enough guns and let me outmaneuver them. There's ways to get past a gunline (Deceleration is my favorite for Dusk) and if I get the alpha I'm gonna do as much damage as I can. But Khador has also shot my ass off and looked good doing it.
