I’m trying to get on board with Gordon I’m currently with Mclane but they have so many guys at my terminal I’m never getting work. Always on call Thanks man
What up bro..Yes, transit drivers are home every night. A transit driver is a drop & hook position. They just transport trailers (single or doubles) from point A to point B. They’re paid an hourly rate plus miles. I’m not sure exactly what those numbers are but typically they don’t make more than the delivery drivers. Delivery drivers are paid component pay and it’s much more work so the compensation is higher.
