I JUST found your channel today, and this is my first listen and I couldn’t help but listen to the whole thing. Then I decided to take a nap for a couple of hours, and I had a dream that I met and went on a date with a girl that that the looks of the artwork here and most of the personality lol. And I’m deadass on that, surprised me but I have to say dream or not just hanging out and being close to her…best dream/date ever lol.
Here are my thoughts: Syd at one point used to be more of a life of the party. She’s said she had a lot of flings, and it’s possible that she fell in love with them. Things moved quickly and seemed almost too perfect……..at first The bandmates weren’t really fw the asscrack of hell ex but Syd was happy so they shrugged it off. Twatwaffle ex starts saying they’ll be there for Syd but ultimately bail. Syd kinda alludes to people saying stuff and backing out or ghosting her. 52:30“Words are one thing.” I wouldn’t be surprised if bum ass was secretly cheating on Syd the whole time. Anywayyy, Syd either finds out or a fight leads to the ex saying something like the relationship was moving too fast. (the hint is that she tells listener that she doesn’t wanna sabotage anything by moving too fast. Slower is better) Syd closes herself off after all that and hides behind humor and flirting. She now never lets herself get too close. She struggles to recognize when she’s loved like the phone call where the bandmate’s worried. She fails at trying to hide her big heart and she’s fiercely protective and loyal. The rest of the band teases her about smiling but they’re really happy to see the buried parts of Syd coming back. They see how Syd is looking at listener and listener is genuinely a sweetheart so the band is plotting how to get the hopeless idiots together. Like suggesting they go dancing or them telling Syd to invite listener to go with them on the trip. Syd likes looking at listener because they’re so full of life and pure. For that reason, it scares and triggers her how quickly she could see herself falling for them. Something MAJOR is gonna happen when they’re at the hotel. It could be there was a booking issue with listener’s room or Listener makes some weak excuse to spend the night with Syd. That was long as shit (that’s what she said) but y’all get it.
I’m super super late but at least I arrived, exited for the new season and fingers crossed everything goes well but most importantly take breaks when needed, don’t overwork yourself 💚
