Hi Michael Nice One taking a lot of expensive tractors in to London on mass may not be the best idea but something needs to be done Have a good weekend Thanks again
Just back from dover to a big bulk tipper company for my son a job interview wishing him luck 🤞 he a hgv class 1 driver on nights at the moment .. Road sweeper Left hand drive normally thanks for a great 👍 video enjoy your weekend
I am behind farmers 100% and suport local farmers to me that supply meat boxes etc, But When you have Farmers being paid (Harry's Farm) for one for NOT producing food and getting paid to grow wild flowers etc on that land that is viable land to grow wheat etc that's where the general public may turn against farmers. If I won the lottery I would go and buy a farm and farm it so I am certainly not against farmers or their plights. Jeremy Clarkson has done a great job in raising awareness about how tough farming is. But its governments that need kicking up the arse and sort this out. We can be almost self sufficient in this country for everything.
It's government for sure, they don't want farmers or food security, as you say they pay for flowers, hedges and bird feed but have stopped subsidies for food growing. They sign off on planning to take arable land for solar and wind farms, destroying food production. Olly said the bird seed payment was at least a guaranteed income, so a no brainer after a dismal year of weather and poor harvest Farmers aren't only fighting weather and pricing issues but a government that doesn't want them Geoff
I saw a lot of vintage machines on trailers yesterday as i travelled A1 south from Catterick North Yorkshire to Grantham, hadn't appreciated it would be heading to Newark My thoughts are to use a few tractors to draw attention, but I think mass numbers of feet on the ground and the food bank donations, would keep joe public on side, the interruptions by just stop oil have shown how public can not only lose sympathy for a corse but actually turn against it People need educating about the reality of farming and this policy not alienating Enjoy your day at Newark say hello to John Deere Mick, him and Tracy are a brilliant cameo to Joe Seels video's 👏 Take care all Geoff
Michael i view is dont take tractors bcos if you do going into westminster your going to have to pay Congestion charge also if tractor not running adblue get hammered with ULEZ charge and they will have to make one up for tractors
@GCSMachinery Just looking for price on hose reel and pump to fit plastic tank that was originally bought for Kerosene to connect to dryer. But decided to big fire hazard. so pricing up pump to make tractor fuel tank
great video as always - if money no object what tractor other than jcb ( old or new ) would you love to own & would it be a work horse or show only maybe do video on your personal top ten fav tractors
Michael. Look at Tom Pemberton Farm Life. He’s been harvesting Maize and had a tractor with a wooden pusher pushing the trailers which had wooden blocks attached. Are all your Maize trailers pusher compliant ?
Where the argument about poor farmers ENDS when you say we make no money ,,,,,then you show up in £120 ,000 trzctor 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂fk off even on finance you need £600 + monthly and its possibly more 😂😂😂😂
Yeah your right, the farmers should buy loads of cheap old grey fergies and employ loads of drivers at £2,000 per month each. You're a financial wizard aren't you Austin.
@ Maybe a poor example but modern productive equipment costs a lot of money, be it for agriculture, people transporting (buses and coaches), haulage or manufacturing machinery etc.

@@DJC995 Olly Harrison’s idea of each person taking something for the food banks is a good idea 🇬🇧🚜👍
Cant wait to see the Struggler working on the sweeper , some character
Instead of taking tractors, just take double cab pickups!
The government hates them, too.
