Cheers mate! Yeah it's the 'sub compact' drill and impact combo, *fantastic* piece of kit which I really love and at a certain point I realised I was taking the piss demanding of it what I was. Anyway, it's all good still, the screen (upcoming vid) and fences alone were about 900 screws, on the horizontal like that, that's where the lightweight driver really shines. With a small 2.0 battery on it you can screw all day. Wait, that came out wrong.😲
Looking good Rob. Lot of work gone on designing and building that boundary screen base structure. I like that black wood stain. And without a doubt, this should last probably around 19 years or so 😜
Peace out brother, it’s such a grouse feeling looking at the final outcome to a project you’ve spent time into n Building Rob, dude jealous of your hair but apart from that you’re a True Blue Kiwi Bloke 🍻🍻🍺🍺👍👍👍
Hehe, peace brother, I'll have to flick my hair around for you next time 😲 Mate, got some rubbish to clear then it will be mostly done, just gotta get some fill and some grass and do a bit of paving, and fix the broken deck, and sand it and oil it and fix the falling over fence around the side, clean the gutters and get the garage door opener fixed. That's all. 👍🏻⚡👍🏻(I need a drink 🍻) 😆😆

Hello Rob, We're in the seventh episode of backyard remodeling. That wooden garden wall is starting to look great. You put a lot of effort into it. I also see a tiny birdhouse there. My friend, the paint you use is a good paint that is resistant to climatic conditions. The wood will remain intact for many years. keep up the good work. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing. See you. Big greetings. Best regards. Your friend Mehmet
Hey, I've already started working on a project using some of that wood. Wanted to use it for #rubbishwood21 but I didn't have time to finish it. Once I planed it down that wood was still good inside. 👍🏻👋
@@TakamiWoodshop can’t wait to see that project. I was also too close to the deadline for the rubbish wood challenge, stuff kept coming in the way 😜 but you made an awesome entry using some older content.
Thanks man 🙏 - yeah I realised I was just asking for trouble by insisting that my "sub compact" impact was "man" enough to drive all those massive screws without pre-lube. (Wait! why does it always come out wrong when someone mentions the word screw 😰 😆🤣)
Cheers Bill! I should have the next video finished soon and it's winter here so I'll take a break for a few months - not that cold - it's just wet and muddy all the time.
Really nice job Rob and another great video. I always enjoy your video style too. My experience with those batten screws is that, if you try to get them out after about twenty years in place, nine out of ten times the impact drill rounds out the socket, so then it is out with the sabre saw :-).
Thanks heaps Bob, yeah those screws definitely ain't coming out without a fight. Hopefully it won't be on my watch anyway. I almost bought a saber saw for the demo work but was able to just bash it apart and use a borrowed one for a couple of small things. Cool tool though. #want
That is looking grouse! Little driver did good, loved watching it sink those big bugle buggers!

You did great job with your backyards!!! Can't wait to see it finished! Have a nice Sunday my friend! 👍🍻
Cheers Takis - nearly finished - tired ... you have a great day too! 👍👍

lol lol, I don't know if I'm still going to be here in 19 years Suj, but if not I'm definitely coming back to see how it's doing!

Thanks Mehmet! I hope to restore the little bird house, or at least make a new one. Have a great day. See you next time. Rob
@@TakamiWoodshop You're welcome. I understand. See you anytime. I wish a nice Sunday.
You sure put a lot of love into the screwing... wait... that sounds really wrong...

Nice rubbish wood (the old fence) 👍👍👍

Yours turned out really nice, nice video edit as well. Are you working on any more videos at the moment?
That’s hard work man, but looking great. Peace out!
hehe, thanks man - appreciate it ✌ out! 👍👍
Those were some monster screws, I completely understand pre-drilling! It is coming together nicely Rob!

Nice job Rob , its really coming along , i apologise for being a sceptic , but i think that will only last 18 years at best :)
Thanks genetically modified sceptic - but I see your 18 years and raise you 2 ... so there!! 🤣🤣 .

Looks good... Once we finish our renovations the back yard is next, sigh!
Thanks mate, yeah these reno projects come thick and fast once you start them. I've got about 7 or 8 to do. Sigh indeed 😴
hello, as always, Guinea is a legendary video, congratulations, I wish you success
Hello, Thank you very much! Have a great day.
Looks fantastic bud well done 🍻
Thanks dude, feels good to be getting this one over with to tell the truth.😴
@@TakamiWoodshop I bet but hey you'll have a great spot to put the feet up and have a brew 👍
I reckon, looking forward to time in the shed rather than outdoors too. You must be stoked to have your shed now aye!
@@TakamiWoodshop yea it's great to have a space again. Long way to go yet though need to sort out power and lighting and a few tools in need of repair
Looks great!
Thanks!
Nice work you are doing there. Did you buy hundreds of screws? It's going to look fantastic when you are done!
Hi Juliet - thank you! I've finished the screen now and all up I think I used about 900 screws. Quite a few ... it felt like a lot by the end! 😩
