Easy Crockpot Pork Chops and Green Beans/ ‘Husband approved!
I made this crockpot meal for my husband yesterday and he loved it. He just kept telling me how good it was. It was so simple to make.
Cooking doesn’t have to be difficult, sometimes the simplest of ingredients make for the best dinners.
Evidently, this one was really good, as he took the rest of it for lunch today. 😉
It just did my heart good to see him enjoy this meal so much. He refuses to eat pork and beef at home, except in special occasions, due to my allergies. I tell him that he doesn’t have to do that, but he insist.
Also, it bothers him to eat something I can’t have.
Honestly, it doesn’t bother me and it certainly doesn’t tempt me. Not after my near death experiences. I tell him this.
Every once in a while I treat him with some pork or beef, because I feel bad he will not eat pork or beef at home much at all.
And that’s life with food allergies. One does adjust in time. It isn’t the end of the world. I rarely give it a thought really.
So if you have food allergies, hang in there, it is a lifestyle change and it does get better. At least it did for me.

Ingredients I used:
(This is just a guesstimate. )
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 large can Seasoned Green Beans ( I used Allen’s)
1 tsp No salt Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp Seasoning salt.

My kind of meal! My mom gave me some frozen garden green beans, and I have some chicken. Might use that instead. Thanks, Deb, and have a beautiful day!

This is so delicious. I used to make this when I could have pork chops, when my children were younger. And it is really simple.
