How to complete the Ethereal Abyss Atlantis Fisch puzzle (both PoVs!)

Because so many people seem to be struggling to complete this one, and too many videos confusing people by showing only one perspective) here's both views from the Ethereal Abyss puzzle in the new Atlantis zone in Fisch.
The puzzle requires two players to split up - one going into the left chamber (button chamber), and the other into the right chamber (the Clock chamber).
Once the doors lock, you have around thirty seconds to complete a round and move to the next. You need to clear three rounds without fail to unlock the main door and win the trial.
The player in the left chamber swims around looking for three brightly coloured square buttons. Interacting with a button lights up a symbol on the clock in the other player's room.
The player in the Clock room then needs to rotate one of the three clock hands so that it points to the glowing symbol. This two-step process is repeated three times.
Once the clock is pointing to three glowing symbols, the player in that room hits the button at the base of the clock to confirm the selection.
If correct, the next round starts.
Repeat this process to clear three rounds, opening the door to the Mythological Clock chamber.

i struggle slightly on this clock but another problem is that i barely get people to do it with me

You can up your chances slightly with the clock by sorta pre-setting the hands so they're equal distance apart from each other. You'll see that in the first attempt here. That way you typically just need to slide one a single space or two (unless the last symbol ends up being a single space above your last hand, which is just unfortunate! It's also a nightmare on controller. Just pick the left room if that's you.
Finding people has been a little trickier with this just because the update doesn't have many worthwhile rewards for newbies or experiences players. The rods aren't great and the zone is just kinda small and annoying. It's not like the Northern Summit where there was something for everyone and the climb was good fun. Oh well. Just ask in chat and swap servers if nobody responds. It shouldn't take too long
