Wonderful and insightful interview. A former corporate employee, turn teacher, turn entrepreneur. I use AI tools in my business so I was very interested in learning and keeping tabs on what’s new in the industry.
Although the industries we work in are different, I can relate to what was discussed. Very smart, personable and down to earth young man. Continued success. God bless you and your business.

As a newbie that wants to invest, you must have these three things in mind
    1. Have a long term mindset.
    2. Be willing to take risk.
    3. Be careful on money usage, if you're not spending to earn back, then stop spending.
    4. Never claim to know - Ask questions and it's best you work with a financial advisor.

    • @KaterinaEvan159

    • @BeaSalvatore-ut3nv

      1. As a newbie you shouldn't be giving advice. 2. Number three is stupid. You don't earn back on memories and you deserve to enjoy things for LIFE as a HUMAN. You're not just a stock robot. 3. Budget everything instead of stop spending so you CAN enjoy things. 4. Then why are you leaving tips?

I agree with you about paying attention to the Business aspect of Technology. This line of thought led me to the business school to blend my technical skills with business skills.
Many companies are not paying attention to making sure there is alignment between their vision and their technology. The bridge to make that happen is via Enterprise Architecture (EA). Most organization still do not have EA functions.

Even deriving insights is not the end game. You mentioned outcome based which is exciting but deriving insights is not the end game. Naughts is an intermediary outcome. Deriving insights is a guess game; ever changing context make insights derived from the past unreliable indeed.
The way around that is contemporaneous feedback loops.
Also focus on aligning technology with vision.
