will the ladys bust pass through the underbust part. i see the underbust is going to be 34 with ease, yet the fitted bust is 36?

If I close the seams with half inch that means we have 1.5 remaining ...1.5" x 4 is 6"... That means the fitted under bust 30" plus 6 is 36 same as the fitted bust measurement... Which will pass perfectly... Also note even if I choose to close the seam with more than half which might end up with ur 34"... The dress will still pass the bust of 36 since the breast isn't a strong, stationary object...its soft and can allow the dress to pass through....

Great question dear...if I could remember I said something about it in the video...except maybe I edited it out...
So the answer is that no 1 ...You can as well use the hip as the highest circumference...its very correct if you do that..
But my reason of using bust was because I needed a particular effect at the hip/slit line.. ( This effect that makes the slits to separate thereby forming an A shape kind of... Also even if I use the burst, since there's a slit...it will still not be tight had it been the hip is bigger...HOPE IS CLEAR DEAR...
