I finally found you. Retired 2 yrs ago and managing my own IRA, investing etc and have all the concerns you mentioned but feel overwhelmed about where and how to start getting organized. Clarity and direction would be like heaven on earth.
Great video as always best time spent and Im always learning som7from and you snd I have spoke to Kennady and will be getting back with your company to get set up, Thanks for all you do
Should you put your homestead primary and principal home in an RLT? What about a secondary home? Also, can a holdings company be the beneficiary for the Trust? Or will the holdings company be owned by the trust?
Great video with amazing knowledge. Would it be possible to tie a home job with college education, and have the home job fund the college tuition/books/fees ?
I’m 55 years old and I’m just starting to learn and move on preparing for retirement and building wealth. I really like what you teach. How much to get my trifecta?
Hi Mark, been listening to you for several years now. I’m trying to get my mind around a simple trifecta. My main company grosses about 53k and my investments are almost non existent. Could you explain a starter trifecta for the little guys?
Hi Mark. Thank you for your videos and knowledge. At around 13:23 in this video you say you can take money from your S-Corp or LLC(taxed as S-Corp) and put it into a solo 401k or ROTH IRA or HSA. Can you please elaborate a little more on this. Is this pre or post tax dollars? Also, how would the legal deductions from owning rental properties on the left hand side of trfecta effect the taxable income that the S-Corp would have to pay on the right hand side? Is that even possible? Thank you.
Mark, if an estate owned an S Corp, is it necessary to have run payroll to the beneficiary of the estate? How does someone have reasonable compensation in this scenario?
Would this trifecta work for a couple with no kid, only W2s income, 2 rental properties and personal investment account? How to personally makes an appointment with you? We want to learn and set thing right early.
Thank you. Glad to know you are also a rental RE investor. If one has cash to buy an investment property (not protected by homestead), should he/she buy on his personal name, or transfer the money to his LLC first and buy the property in the LLC?
At what income level would this actually benefit someone? I look at this and see the only winner for smaller income earners to be the accountant and lawyers that set all this stuff up!
I’m 49 my husband 54, we are both retired with over $3 million in net worth. Currently I’m living smart and frugal with our money. Saving and investing lifestyle made it possible for us this early.
I would highly recommend Mark and his organization. I've been a client for years. Thanks Mark!
Best 20 minutes I've spent. Any and all confusion has utterly evaporated. Thank you!

How do you change ownership in all those assets?

I know the video is a little old, but the core principles are the same: ruclips.net/video/7jkMqkQh0pQ/видео.html
Hopefully this answers your question!
How can you surpass the trust to get funds from an s-corp into your personal bank account? The dividends are owed to the trust, no?
I want a consultation with you!
Maybe also add a 529 plan to pay off some of my college debt?
Your comments look like they were paid for to get over the top good ones
6 minutes in and im wondering if i gotta give away my crypto and die just to avoid the taxes
Can a MULTI-Member LLC (if evolves into a multi-member S-Corp.) still be owned by a personal/ Individual Revokable Living Trust?
The trust acts as an entity, so instead of you owning a share, the trust owns the share.
My understanding is there are tax advantages of an LLC vs. S Corp in TN and it's better to be an LLC. Would that potentially mean go LLC in TN vs S?
What is the contact # to set this up?
