The "Dronies" camera shots (parabola, orbit, tornado.. etc) are now used with POIs instead of visual tracking. You can set a POI by holding down on the map for a few seconds. Once you set the POI the drone will lock it's view to that location at the altitude you have set.
Very good review. I have the same result when flying mine. I want to say that in my first flight I had not secured a propeller properly and in mid fight had a critical failure and the prop flew off the drone and fell from about 25 feet and landed on concrete and it only damaged 2 props. This drone is nearly indestructible and is well engineered. But safety has to be the number one thing you have to pay attention to full time . I would love to see a video of proper Pre-flight and in-flight safety rules and guide lines that you must know so these high tech machines will not harm persons or property. They can be dangerous if used improperly .
Excellent and thorough video ! This is one of the most informative videos I've seen over the years on the Bebop 2. I wish the additional apps you'd purchase from Parrot were still available.
O started to watch your channel because of Hubsan H501S, but I got to say I like to see your reviews and I’m looking for another drone so your videos are making my mind on what drone is better and which one will fit my needs
RTH function works as it should. Returns to home and hovers at 6 feet or so... The slam dunk, is a issue i mentioned in parrot forum.. It is as if the height get messed up after some minuttes of flight, and the drone thinks it is higher then it is. Lets say it thinks it is at 12 feet, but actually at 1, therefore it keeps going down at full speed.
Did you finally figure out that when the letter V down in the left had corner is on it means that it is in VIDEO mode which gives a slower smoother flight to record videos and take pics. When you press on the V it changes to SPORT and that's when the speed comes in and for those you who don't know, this thing is pretty doggone fast so make sure you're nowhere near any trees if you have not done this before or if you're a straight up amateur. I own the Bebop 2 with the BIG AZZ controller, I had to find out the hard way but I didn't damage or loose my drone, thank God! This is a great drone for beginners especially for the price point. I am a beginner! ; )
When your in flight if you go into the mini map on the left and hold down on as pacific location (point of interest)your bebop camera will point on the subject and adjust your camera to it you can access those other dronies that you couldn’t find. I know they should make them more accessible... great review by the way👍
+andrew alegre Wow thanks Andrew. Exactly what I've been trying to figure out while still using skycontroller. Hope they can make them accessable with controller when in visual tracking mode.
you have to have both apps to use all functions. Both follow me and flight plan. It really helps to read up on the instructions first to really give a fair review of all these different flight modes. My Bebop 2 Power performs flawlessly. Love your videos Dustin.
+Tony Hicks Thanks. So your able to use the standard controller and do all the follow functions with it? Not just with direct phone connection as some have mentioned?
the max distance i been able to get with a OEM bebop 2 original with the skycontroller 2 has been 3.4km or 2.2 miles i love flying it and made many videos with it on my channel .. but the way it drops at high speed caused me to drive it into the ground and broke a motor.. so i had to retire it for now.
Last I checked the iPads were not recommend for follow. For altitude control during follow the device should have a barometer. I switched from a Mini 4 to a Samsung S6 and follow worked dramatically better.
I too love the compass display in the lower left. Great to know where to point the SC2. From my experimentation with the old AR.DRONE 2.0 which the Bebop 2 shares identical sonar and ground camera, it is my belief that the sonar and ground camera do not actually activate until the Bebop 2 gets to the initial hover height after take off. I could be wrong on this but from my tests with the AR.DRONE 2.0 this is what I believe is the reason the Bebop 2 drifts slightly from take off. But as you can see, once it settles into hover it is pretty stable. From what I can tell, every other consumer/hobby/prosumer photography drone on the market behaves the same way weather or not they have ground sensors. The only exceptions that I can tell are DJI and Autel which appear to have their ground sensor activate immediately upon startup so that they are already gathering data before motors are even turned on. So all other drones and the Bebop 2 seem to rely on GPS to keep them stable which tends to have small changes in location measurements. Yuneec's ground sensors on their Typhoon H series are pathetic and don't ever work unless there is absolutely 0 (zero) GPS signal i.e. indoors. I do think your ground sensors may not have been functioning much. That landing was bizarre. That certainly hasn't happened for me yet. However, I have noticed that in some cases with certain light conditions dark grass may not be able to be sensed by the sensors and it appears that the lighting when you made the video may have had a bit of glare. I know that ground camera is very low resolution. It does appear that perhaps your sonar and ground camera are not working properly. Mine seemed much more responsive and accurate. I also noticed my RTH was a bit more accurate but either way I know not to expect DJI accuracy. As for the distance on RTH I'm thinking that without the system DJI has it's going to be hit and miss in terms of the accuracy. Although for me it's not bad. Also, I have noticed that even with a slight bit of wind the RTH seems to be affected and overcompensates. I bet that if you kept doing the RTH you would see varying accuracy. I'm not sure what was wrong with your "gimbal" not working at that one point where you had to switch between Sport Mode and Video mode. Never happened to me. In terms of the Follow Me mode: I'm wondering if you were actually IN Follow Me. The Bebop 2 uses the GPS in your device follow. The Visual Tracking mode doesn't mean that it will move with you but it will track you and keep you in frame. To enter the Follow Me mode you have to enter it by selecting the Follow Me button on the first screen of the App rather than the "fly" button. Check out Parrot's tutorial videos: ruclips.net/video/k0daWNsMLVk/видео.html. Also, if your device has a barometer the Bebop 2 will adjust for altitude while following you. That's pretty cool! Also check out ANTHONYVOLG's channel. He has a great amount of instruction on the app. Check out: ruclips.net/video/DM6Grnfkeh4/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/m5gxWy2PtIM/видео.html I'm also wondering if some of the issues you were having were due in part to the iPAD. I have seen that most Android users seem to not have as many issues. On average it seems the iOS devices appear to have a few more quirks. And as you discovered you can adjust all those parameters for speed which is pretty cool. I do believe the stock settings are to mimick DJI's "Tripod" mode. For photography and videography this is a great setting. I'm not sure why you were having so many quirky issues. In my experience I feel that many of these drones need to be flown once in just a very casual manner in their new home before all sensors and features start working. It makes no sense but it's what I have experienced from many different manufactures. Even DJI. My landings have gotten better but I never had the issues you were having. From what I have experienced I have not been able to land manually by moving the left stick down. I must use the onscreen button or the SC2 button. Great review and test as always.
You can greatly increase your range by turning on Airplane mode on your tablet....then power your Drone on. The app will automatically start and allow you to connect. I gained 5X range as opposed to keeping WIFI turned on.
Question: I have the regular Bebop 2 with the big Skycontroller which I like very much, and have been thinking about buying the Disco. Do you think my big Skycontroller from the Bebop 2 would also work with the Disco?
With the latest software update my Parrot Bebop 2 does the same on RTH. It’s not the drone, it’s the newest update. Hopefully Parrot, if the stay in business long enough, will fix it.
If they can do an update to cure that RTH glitch, it would be a great drone. Also it looks like with practice, you could string a few of the advanced functions together without stopping in between, and get some really great shots. I also like the tracking on this one, where you can fly around and it keeps the camera on the subject even if both are moving.. Nice review Dustin, cheers.
You are in "Super Beginner Mode" at the start. Lols 😀 The other reviews on the Parrot really shows that it can move. I can't wait to see how your replacement Disco will be flying a new mission. I don't think you did a test on the old X380 in this park to see how it contended with the WiFi interference, it would be interesting to see how it handled it. Thanks for this review!
Awesome vid bro, always got time for your reviews. I’m looking forward to your next parrot disco review. Plot out the next autonomous flight carefully 😬
Bottom left of the screen you see the S for sport, you tap that and it changes between modes for video and sport. I got the bebop 2, its a great beginner drone but I think when the price comes down a little i will get the mavic pro. It is a shame that it has limitations on how parrot work, as with them being the big name that they are they need to do a hardware update to solve any issues it has like the follow me feature as i got the adventure pack, and it does have more features. If i can i will do a short video and try and attach it to a comment as the extra features other then what is shown in this video are good. But like all videos dustin brill! 👍👍 Also the other functions have to be done when you have a mobile device on the tracking person/object. Shame you can't do it with the sky controller connected as well
Thanks for sharing. I would probably go with the Mavic Air if I had to choose between the two with the Mavic Pro still on the top for this size drone. The range was a little disappointing but you said the area was really bad with interference.
Nice video, Parrot Bebop-Pro Thermal is a cool economical thermal drone solution, good work Parrot! Can't find even a single proper review of this Drone on RUclips. Can someone please do a video about Bebop-Pro Thermal with unboxing and complete review, also please show the settings on the thermal view of the FreeFlight Thermal app, what are the use cases for this drone. Thanks.
Dustin dunnil I have a question. On your video your app is in imperial units not metric . I have a Bebop 2 with sc2 useing free flight pro. How can I get mine to imperial units in my app! Love your vids!
So much thanks to the young lady for doing all the hard work for this film. Lol! I have a Bebop 2 but don't have the Follow Me so I'm just guessing. Is it possible the "box" needs to be drawn to encompass more of the surroundings of the subject to get contrast working? In other words, the "box" may be too tight around the subject?
The image tracking is different and quite clever. That said I'm not yet convinced that this version is better than the original. But then I'm biased seeing as it was your 3 mile coastal flight that turned me from a watcher to a subscriber. Interesting RTH glitch
@@DustinDunnill How can you say that the spark has a better camera when both are rock steady and the bebop 2 can take photos in raw the spark only has jpeg also since both cameras are crystal clear I'd say that the bebop has the better camera due to raw support.
Do you have both drones Keith? And have you compared video and pictures yourself from both in all conditions? If you have you should know why I mentioned it.
Dustin also I get more functions with my phone than a tablet connected. I'm not sure why but seems I have read it has something to do with sensors on smart phones that are not on tablet typically.. Would you be willing to do a range test out over the open water like you have done previously??? Thanks for all you do!!
+Tony Hicks thanks Tony. I'll do a follow up with phone. Good to see how it does with a tablet I guess. I've done a range test on the mountain and vid will be up soon 👍
Nameless Droner I'm thinking of getting the Bebop 2... But everyone seems to say that the video quality is poor at times. Plus they say get the Spark over the Bebop 2. Which should I get? Thanks for the help
Damien Roberts I some bebop2 video on my channel as well as mavic. I think for a hobby purposes the bebop video is just fine. Plus you can do flips with the bebop2. If your just starting out, the bebop is a fine quad. And you get a lot of bells and whistles for the price.
Damien Roberts I think it all depends on a persons budget, but trust me, after you get one, you will end up wanting more. So if I knew I was only going to be able to purchase one drone for a long time, I think I’d save up and get the mavic pro or mavic air,
Nameless Droner thanks man.... That's the perfect answer, I was thinking "I don't want to get the "Bebop 2 and the months later end up wanting more and having to get a more expensive drone". But idk destroying a Bebop 2 is easier on the pockets than a Mavic Pro. Lol
Damien Roberts yea I got my bebop2 in December, and turned around in January and got a mavic pro , I love my bebop2, but if I could only have one, it’d be the mavic pro or mavic air.
I've had dji drones and I prefer parrot. Much easier to use and apps don't crash. Use dronies features. Be in follow me mode. Top right of app there's like a circle with an arrow. Click on that and you get things like boomerang, orbit etc.
So don't touch the sticks when you see a blank screen when you disconnect and let it do RTH ...gosh if you touch the sticks by accident it will stop and you wouldn't know it....would it go back to RTH eventually or you have to hit the RTH button? Does the button for RTH turn on with a light to let you know it's coming back?
I'd press the RTH just in case if that situation happened. The firmware has been updated and improved also since this video and there should be no confusion.
Hello my friend i really like your videos about parrot disco and bebop and you're reviews are very professional and with allot of knowledge I would love to buy a drone but the prices is very high and as a handicap (legs problems) the money is tight so watching you with all the knowledge you have is really great Maybe in the far future when the prices will drop i will buy one maybe even a used bebop 1 or disco i really hope and its will make me so happy to go outside to play with it instead being always stuck at home Thank you for all the detailed videos
A question !! I have such a parrot bebop 2 plane I was controlling with the phone because its control hand does not exist for me and because I set a password for it and forgot it - is there a solution to remove the password and I do not have the control hand ??????
In this video, I have my iPhone mounted on my handle bars. In total, it followed me for 3.5 miles, but I forgot to empty the memory first, so I only got 2.5 miles of video. The drone is doing all of the flying in this video without me touching the controls, except for a height adjustment at one point so I was sure to clear a hill. That was probably not needed as this will follow up hills too. ruclips.net/video/5uoa9Q25waw/видео.html
Question Dustin?? Just watched your "unboxing" vid for the PE..in your "settings" it showed a controller icon for calibration. I just fired my PE up and looking at the settings it doesn't show the controller. Curious if that icon won't show up UNLESS the controller needs calibration?? Ideas??
I would definitely recommend the spark with some extra batteries the parrot bebop 2 power is a joke mine just fell out the sky and into the sea managed to recover it but doesn’t work anymore a propeller broke off in flight
Helderhugo I've watched all your videos before I bought my bebop 2 adventure pack think your awsum mate and you make me laugh alot especially when you swear under your breath but love your bebop 2 adventures keep them up
Thank you very much for watching my videos! Many people don't like me swearing and other like it. I am devided. But I like to swear sometimes. It feels good and it is a releasing sensation like flying, lol.
Helderhugo it makes you a real person mate and that's brilliant watching your bebop 2 vids there great and love how you test everything out on all new stuff for the drone people don't understand how much you acturly get for your money on the bebop 2 normal. and the bebop power even tho there exactly same other then colour and battery for the price there alot of features and the updates are now making it worth while ... even if I do get another drone later mayby the mavic air I'm deffo keeping the bebop 2 it's the most fun I have in a drone .... hope parrot make another for the hobbyist market .. mayby a better camara .... my bebop hovers on a penny and doesn't move an inch from take off ever since I updated the firmware last week .
I will keep my Bebop Drones for ever because they were my first Drones and I have made a lot of videos with them. And I still like flying them besides the camera quality.
Dustin Dunnill just because i am looking forward to buy a drone but I can't decide what should I buy..I like the fpv feature on the bebop 2 but recently the anafi is really cool.Does the anafi has the fpv capability??
Was going to buy this gland I brought a dji spark prise point spark was cheaper on the day and that was the fly more package 📦. Very is appointed and it really for a price. Love the vid mate 👌
hows it going you say it does not take that long but you did not ad in the part were you have to go download the apps and stuff to dont forget to say that stuff
Great review. Proud to announce I will be making aerial Parrot bepop 2 drone videos on my RUclips channel Shazy Jeo videos & explore variety of content 😄
U must first redeem or download the follow me mode (gps & visual tracking) and in this mode shut down the skycontroler..and switct on the wifi on your mobile and conect with the bebop... it has very nice dronies routines!! And u can ovly carry yoyr mobile in you ..in your pocket..an let the bebop follow u
Another excellent review Dustin, but here's a question for you; if you went on a hike across the mountain (or along the beach or wherever) and landed say, every 1000m would the drone reset its homepoint each time and return to the last stop-off? (rather than returning to the original take off point). Asking because I've bought the Xiaomi Mi 4K after seeing your series on it and would like to take it for a walk along a beach near where I live. (I'll post this on the Mi 4K range test comments too)
Great Video! Not get off the subject but do you have a pair of DJI Googles? If so are you planning to test them out any time soon? I just bought a pair and they are wild! A lot heavier than fat sharks but for the mavic and spark which is what I have they are pretty cool. Need time to figure them out. Oh well thanks and keep up the great work! Thanks Rich
I have never seen my Bebop 2 crash on return like that before?? I have no idea why it happened to you?? Its usually off target by 4 ft or so. Not bad IMO.
I do remember one time,,I lost connection because of interference from several other drones in the area. And it did come home quickly and kinda crashed like yours did. I had NO control at all. It was wierd!! But that is different circumstances.
Hey Dustin, I think you do great videos! Just wondering, if you were going to buy your first "smart drone" would you recommend the Parrot bebop 2 power versus the Mavic air?
PulminoChaine Very, very bad decision I'm sorry to say. You could have spent much less money and gained much more knowledge by building your own wing which would last you years, can be upgraded and since you built it, can be flying again in mere hours.
+Ga ry +PulminoChaine I'd recommend not listening to people that have this opinion about the DISCO (most likely because they've never had the pleasure of owning and flying one). DISCO is a great smart plane and that's why I purchased 2 more. Building one would be a great project but without the experience...the end result will most likely be a learning mistake which would not function nearly as well as the DISCO.
Dustin Dunnill I'm sure it's a very nice wing to fly and at the end of the day, the decision is theirs and I won't try and force them into anything (Not that I can haha). I think for many people, troubleshooting problems, and in the end having something customised just for you is a load of fun.
+Ga ry I agree that a custom build is a very rewarding experience but as you know, the majority don't have the time, Knowledge and resources to put something like this together from scratch. Even with my experience in RC I know I couldn't put a product like this together without A LOT of hiccups along the way and even then it wouldn't be the same finished packaged as the DISCO. I know I sound partial to it and it's because I am due to the amount of enjoyment and risky journeys I've squeezed out if the DISCO before I lost my first one. 👍
Dustin Dunnill No, you're right it's much easier for someone to just buy and have alot of fun without worrying about something going wrong. It was arrogant on my part to say it was a bad decision for them. I do think if wings are something you want to really invest your time and money instead of say just going for an afternoon flight on the weekends, that learning to build one is entirely worth it and should be something you heavily consider 👍
Hi. Great rewiev as always!! So what is with that range test you did? 400meters i think? Shouldnt be 2km? Just wondering...is it worth $500+ ? Keep it up man.
Wow .. that was a long one. It takes me about 5 hours to upload a 10 min. video, so I can't imagine how long it took you to upload this one .. you probably have faster upload (my DSL sucks .. 12mbps down .... 0.7mbps up). Overall, looks like this one still has some room for improvement. Thanks for the review. Cheers.
The "Dronies" camera shots (parabola, orbit, tornado.. etc) are now used with POIs instead of visual tracking. You can set a POI by holding down on the map for a few seconds. Once you set the POI the drone will lock it's view to that location at the altitude you have set.
I've had the Bebop 2 for 7 months now, and I must say I find it excellent, great review Dustin .
How come you say it excellent!
Mine wont even go Half KM. Signal is a Crap so is Camera.
Very good review. I have the same result when flying mine. To get more accuracy on returning to home, spin the drone around a couple times after you take off

Dustin you can also change video/sport mode via main screen by tapping V or S @ bottom left corner. Awesome review as always, keep up the good work.
+Michael Millines Thanks. Think I went over that a bit later in Review
The Parrot Disco is no longer being sold on Parrot website. B&H is now selling it for 399.00.im going to buy another one as a backup
I used RTH a few times just to see what happened. However, the drones does not land. instead it remaines hovering at 3 feet. I like that though.

Dustin Dunnill Thanks, I appreciate it.

I can't believe the battery life in this thing.
What drone would u say is better the bebop 2 or the disco?
What is you'r absolute favorite drone off all you have tested over time ? :)
To get the drone to follow u need to track first then at the bottom it should say stop/follow hope that helps dustin
You are in "Super Beginner Mode" at the start. Lols 😀 The other reviews on the Parrot really shows that it can move.
I can't wait to see how your replacement Disco will be flying a new mission. I don't think you did a test on the old X380
in this park to see how it contended with the WiFi interference, it would be interesting to see how it handled it.
Thanks for this review!
Hi
I have a doubt
Yesterday, between mountains, I only have 800 meters of range with sk2.
Why? Bebop 2 should works fine at 2km
Shame you can't do it with the sky controller connected as well
bilko2446 follow me doesn't work with a tablet just a phone that's how it works ... fact
Thanks for sharing. I would probably go with the Mavic Air if I had to choose between the two with the Mavic Pro still on the top for this size drone. The range was a little disappointing but you said the area was really bad with interference.
Not sure what is going on with the box. It could be a scaling issue with 4:3 tablets.
Thanks.
Awesome work keep it up !!!😀very informative
Dustin dunnil I have a question. On your video your app is in imperial units not metric . I have a Bebop 2 with sc2 useing free flight pro. How can I get mine to imperial units in my app! Love your vids!
So much thanks to the young lady for doing all the hard work for this film. Lol! I have a Bebop 2 but don't have the Follow Me so I'm just guessing. Is it possible the "box" needs to be drawn to encompass more of the surroundings of the subject to get contrast working? In other words, the "box" may be too tight around the subject?
I think your particular PE has an issue with RTH. I have the same on and have had zero problems with RTH
...is it as noisy as it sounds on the video? Curious as to how it sounds vs the Spark
My mic is super sensitive. It's a lower pitch and not as loud as spark.
@@DustinDunnill Thanks!..for the review and the feedback.
About follow me mode.. u must redeem your vkucher code and download " gps and visual tracking" .i think u only use follow ..at cameraman mode.
Great review as always Dustin. You really put this one through it paces. I would probably spend a little more and get the new Mavic Air.
Been waiting for this.
The image tracking is different and quite clever. That said I'm not yet convinced that this version is better than the original.
But then I'm biased seeing as it was your 3 mile coastal flight that turned me from a watcher to a subscriber. Interesting RTH glitch
would you recommend the bebop 2 power or the dji spark fly more only just getting in to drones think your reviews are great
Both great. Main differences are, spark cam is better, Bebop2 will fly much longer on a battery charge. Whatever matters to you most 👍
@@DustinDunnill How can you say that the spark has a better camera when both are rock steady and the bebop 2 can take photos in raw the spark only has jpeg also since both cameras are crystal clear I'd say that the bebop has the better camera due to raw support.
Do you have both drones Keith? And have you compared video and pictures yourself from both in all conditions? If you have you should know why I mentioned it.
Another great review Dustin. I'm waiting on the distance test. Im curious to see how it stacks up to DJI products.
Hi Dustin, Nice Quad...But I am thinking about getting a MI 4 drone. Do you still like the MI 4 for flying and images based on price?. Thanks
RC Mania Dude I have it and cant say anything bad!
+RC Mania yes. Mi 4K is awesome 👍
Thanks Filip Rippel....I ordered one, Cant wait to try it out. Thanks for the response.
RC Mania Make sure to get a spare baterry too! 👀
I have two gifi 4000 mao batteries I purchased on eBay that get me about 27 mins flight time on the standard bebop2.
Ways a big like from me Dustin. My phone still doesn't let me fly my bb1 very good at all. I only 25 ft . 😕
Does this one also have hand launch?
+Michael Millines Yes
Hey my parrot bepop 2 flew away, amyone can tell me why is that so? And a friend's parrot do not respect the controller, why is that so?
Mostly Parrot Drones are controlled by Wi Fi Technolgy...So, you need to activate WPA2 Security to avoid that issues.
I love youre drones
I've had dji drones and I prefer parrot. Much easier to use and apps don't crash. Use dronies features. Be in follow me mode. Top right of app there's like a circle with an arrow. Click on that and you get things like boomerang, orbit etc.
Barry Daniel doesn't work with tablet that's why he couldn't find it ... it on works on mobile device cell phone .. it works really well on mobile
Great vid! Can you tell me if a Samsung Galaxy tab will fit into the sky controller 2?
Yes it will 👍
So if you turn geofencing off you will get the maximum height and distance
Correct
@@DustinDunnill thanks
Great review. Range test soon??
+Will Brown Thanks. Done and will be up in next few days 👍
Hello my friend i really like your videos about parrot disco and bebop and you're reviews are very professional and with allot of knowledge
I would love to buy a drone but the prices is very high and as a handicap (legs problems) the money is tight so watching you with all the knowledge you have is really great
Maybe in the far future when the prices will drop i will buy one maybe even a used bebop 1 or disco i really hope and its will make me so happy to go outside to play with it instead being always stuck at home
Thank you for all the detailed videos
Get a eflite apprentice s15e
Can you still fly the bebop with out using a phone and if you don't use phone do you lose gps ??
Question Dustin?? Just watched your "unboxing" vid for the PE..in your "settings" it showed a controller icon for calibration. I just fired my PE up and looking at the settings it doesn't show the controller. Curious if that icon won't show up UNLESS the controller needs calibration?? Ideas??
I'm in the market and I have been looking at this drone along with the spark, which would you suggest? Thank you.
+John Créé The spark only gets half the flight time but most everything else seems to be better
Dustin Dunnill thanks awesome videos btw
I would definitely recommend the spark with some extra batteries the parrot bebop 2 power is a joke mine just fell out the sky and into the sea managed to recover it but doesn’t work anymore a propeller broke off in flight
Looks really nice!
Dustin, Is it worth the money or should I just buy the bebop 2?
Follow Me only works on phones. It doesn't work on tablets. That is because it doesn't show up on the ipad.
lol
Guys,is there any difference between Bebop2 and Bepop 2 power's footage??
I have both. No noticeable difference. Same camera.
Dustin Dunnill And bro,how can you describe, how it looks a night footage??Is it good compared to a mavic pro either a mavic air?
The low light is not good with this camera. The others are better for low light.
Dustin Dunnill just because i am looking forward to buy a drone but I can't decide what should I buy..I like the fpv feature on the bebop 2 but recently the anafi is really cool.Does the anafi has the fpv capability??
Yes, Anafi should be better if you can afford it 👍
Was going to buy this gland I brought a dji spark prise point spark was cheaper on the day and that was the fly more package 📦. Very is appointed and it really for a price. Love the vid mate 👌
@Dustin Dunnill Nice Video dude i love you drone Videos
I have the same drone and i get more funtions on my smart phone than on my tablet not sure whats upwith that.
U can get a nice case at harbor freight for $20 and cut out foam to fit nicely
Hey Dustin, How much on board memory does the Power have and is there a way to increase it?
I thijknit was around 32gb but it should say in specs from website I linked. Don't think there's a way to expand it.
What is the intermittent wifi red flash on the screen? Mines doing that.
It's telling you witch way to turn your controller to so it's pointing at the quad.
hows it going you say it does not take that long but you did not ad in the part were you have to go download the apps and stuff to dont forget to say that stuff
That would be in my "Unboxing and Setup" video for this drone :)
Hi. I have a question, to use the Ipad, is it necessary to have 4G or do I need to have it?
Not necessary unless you want Google maps to stream in
i think u need an update or you got a faulty drone because mine is amazing
Great review. Do you know which drone is faster the Bebop 2 or the Bebop 2 power and by how much?
Great review. Proud to announce I will be making aerial Parrot bepop 2 drone videos on my RUclips channel Shazy Jeo videos & explore variety of content 😄
hi dustin, nice video sir, how did you get it freeflight pro to show in ft and fp/s?
+Max Knight change in settings
I don't see how to change it
+Max Knight sorry I forget where but it's somewhere in that main options
thanks, shoot i cant find it.
would you please find out where it is, it will be great, thanks!
At follow me mode.. u use the mobile phone..with out skycontroler.. u just hold the mobile ..and walk..run... cycling.. drive..
+parrot bebop 2 power thanks. So directly connect to bebop 2 bypassing controller for the advanced follow functions?
U must first redeem or download the follow me mode (gps & visual tracking) and in this mode shut down the skycontroler..and switct on the wifi on your mobile and conect with the bebop... it has very nice dronies routines!! And u can ovly carry yoyr mobile in you ..in your pocket..an let the bebop follow u
My friend has a bebop 2. Best drone i flown
(I'll post this on the Mi 4K range test comments too)
+DeadlyDiddly That's "dynamic RTH" I believe you can change it in the settings after launching but I haven't verified.
Good vid but can u do another spark video because I just got one
For what? Why not just rewatch the videos?
Great Video! Not get off the subject but do you have a pair of DJI Googles? If so are you planning to test them out any time soon? I just bought a pair and they are wild! A lot heavier than fat sharks but for the mavic and spark which is what I have they are pretty cool. Need time to figure them out. Oh well thanks and keep up the great work! Thanks Rich
+Slugo's RC I do but never got around to reviewing or even using them yet. 😅
Only if you wanted the longer flight time and auto mission capabilities. Otherwise Air is better at everything else 👍
I appreciate your input, thanks!
Just bought a parrot disco :)
I'm waiting for your review for Parrot Anafi, see it soon
You should get the xiro xplorer mini
Cheers.
Better than mavic?
what's that intermetent FLASHING RED on screen?
Cheers for that!
Wait so where can I buy this battery
Good Video thank you
Everybody's waiting for your Mavic Air review Dustin!!!! :)
Mike Holt
Shocked they didnt send him one...unless they did and hes just finalizing it....right?
I hope they sent him one HellRay as he's the best drone-reviewer around IMHO!!! :) Dustin???!!
+Mike Holt I know. Hope it arrives soon 👍
+HellRay I'm not sponsored by DJI
+Mike Holt Thanks Mike
I'm not sponsored yet and have to purchase my own DJI products. Guess I need to figure out who at DJI to contact
If you put phone/tablet in airplane mode you get full range.
no Luck. Still Succks
