He's from Peru wearing Native American costumes from USA, not from Peru and his music is peruvian. Native American music and dances don't play this type of music, andean music. Is totally different. I just dont get it, really. Ask any Cherokee Cheyenne Navaho Sioux or any tribe from USA and they'll tell this has nothing to do with their culture.
