It's so refreshing to hear someone be like 'idk yet but here's what I've got so far' when it comes to building a spiritual practice instead of decades old rituals etc. I'm trying to focus with small basic things that I can realistically do with my schedule. I made 2 lists: things I would like to learn about magically and creative special interests. Then I brainstormed in a sort of word web how to connect ideas. Ex: moon work + tarot/oracle + notebooks= weekly moon phase readings to rotate decks while learning tarot/moon magic/astrology/how to journal. Definitely would be interested in more videos about this topic as you explore and experiment more (obvs with whatever you'd be comfortable sharing) it also sounds like you have a lil more 'spoons' now ☺️

I use the forest of enchantment for my ancestor work and my mental health decks are this might hurt and my new chapter tarot,I use my pagan other worlds as my go to deck for my just for me pulls and my pamela coleman smith for just random pulls as needed, elizabeth on earth with my somnia tarot for when I need to work on stuff

I’m in search of spiritual practices/devotional ideas myself- hearing what others do gives me a starting point so I don’t feel overwhelmed and if I have that it feels more do able to create my personalized spiritual practice. Haven't watched yet all of the vids I missed, but I couldn't postpone the tarot monday one. (migraine hit very hard last week, wasn't able to watch a screen for days.) So... I have no idea what "ancestor work" means. What exactly is the"work"? Is it praying, asking for councel, support, or invoking, or finding out what the increasing mess is which they passed on over the generations, so that it resulted in me and my problems😉 And who are these ancestors? The persons I knew, the ones I've just heard anecdotes about and seen photos, or some unknown people from several hundreds or thousands of years ago? 🐒
The basic answer is yes lol. Ancestor work can be anything you've described. When I do an ancestor work video I will make sure to address this, it's just not something I can fully address in a comment
