I’ve been having emotional meltdowns for the past couple of days and I can’t figure out why because usually I’m always holding in my feelings. I truly appreciate these Josephy Murphy affirmations. Thank you. As a tip: although the background music is very nice and mood fitting, it can be too loud and distracting.
Thank you. We do try to keep this in mind but because we have to work with different volume levels of foreground audio it often takes quite some time to find the right balance. We don't always hit the mark but it's sometimes the best we can do.

If you search "I am that I am meditation" you will find plenty from which to choose here on RUclips. You want the original which is about 45-50 minutes long and comes in two 20 minute sessions as given freely by Dr. Wayne Dyer. Anything longer has been adulterated. We could provide a link, but then don't want to seem like we're promoting any one channel over another as there are so many good ones out there and you have many options.

It's been a while since we did this one but it could be because he spoke so fast and we had to slow him down a bit which distorted the sound somewhat. Given our skills back then we probably didn't do the best job, as you have noticed.

Dr. Murphy could be referring to the ideal man as someone who fits your ideal height, weight, physique, personality, etc. “in all ways, shape and form”.
