What’s the biggest fish you’ve caught with that rod? Looking to get the same one but I’m not sure if it’s strong enough
It is an ultra light rod designed to have fun with small fish on 2-6lb line, nevertheless it has some reserve and some backbone. I pulled a 24' rainbow and 26' pike. If strength is your concern, then you should go for more powerful rod.

I just ordered the IMX 6'6" 2-6lb ultralight and hope it's not too noodely as I hate rods that are noodely.
The IMXs are definitely not noodly.
