I worked as a NGB volunteer with the NPS rangers for 3 months this summer. It's an incredible place, exhibiting in real time our planet's heartbeat. It came into existence 650,000 years ago with the super volcano eruption. The elevated ridges immediately surrounding the Basin were made by a retreating glacier 13,000 years ago. Your video provides an excellent overview of this immensely beautiful place!

Neat time lapse at the beginning! Good into Alex and Little Man! Both basins are so unique for being so close to each other! There are just so many areas in Yellowstone to explore. The Norris Geyser Basin seems to be a really active area, more so over the other areas. It would be really cool to do a night video of this area when it was a full moon for lighting. Anyways, little man didnt get smoked and was able to beat it at Puff N Stuff geyser. LOL. Another awesome Yellowstone video. Great editing and everything. Thumbs up for me.👍👍 Have a great week.

That's right Lance, it is really active there. It would certainly be beautiful on a full moon night. The steam was great to create play-pretend and make the whole hike mysterious ah ah. We really appreciate your kind words, thank you so much Lance! Have a great week too.

I am actually not working on a Monday so I could actually watch this right away lol. Evans got the editing down to a science now! Such smooth transitions between shots. It's crazy how smooth you are able to get your shots with a DSLR! I remember this being one of my favourite parts of Yosemite. So much cool stuff to see there! It's so interesting how the colors change so rapidly from years ago. Little man really must love Yellowstone because he just goes nuts here! Awesome video and thanks for bringing me back 😀.
