Even though I'm not treading water like Tig and now Fortune, I have started eating blueberries since the first episode Tig mentioned they are amazing for you and help prevent cancers and such. I'm not the healthiest eater, but I felt like I could have a handful a day for my health. I've been doing it ever since and I've been feeling really good about it. I feel healthier too! Thanks Tig!

when i was living in Toronto, my friend would throw "Where What You Love" parties... no real occasion, and the only rule was the dress code - you had to wear something that made you feel fantastic, no matter what it was. the ensuing outfits were spectacular! and then we would do a fun photo shoot! so many good times (and pics)!!

I'm 49 & experiencing the living hell that is Perimenopause.
Hot flashes necessitate dressing in layers. I'd love to have the option of zippered medium or lightweight Handsome Pod hoodies. I get too hot in pullover hoodies.
I'd also love additional sleeveless shirt options.
How about 3/4 length sleeve shirts (baseball/softball shirt style) that say Handsome/ Pretty Little Lady/ Lil Cowboy or a combination of all? I'm definitely gonna check out the sale options!

I get the feeling like a child thing 😂 I have a few matching sweat suits (sweat pants and sweatshirt) that I’ll wear with some big white Reebok sneakers. I feel like a toddler. It’s great.
In AZ, there was a tax credit for solar roof and pool heaters…salt water pools with UV filtration is such a wonderful feeling.
This happens when I go on holiday ! I bring home some weird dress or Florida looking thing home and you can’t wear it anywhere even if it’s hot😂

Stupid question, but as a non-swimmer, how do you tread water? Like stomping grapes underwater or like doggy paddle? I hear the expression "treading water" all the time but I never know what to imagine in my mind.
It’s a potentially life saving skill-you keep yourself afloat by keeping calm and circling your arms and legs under the surface of the water. Something like that. I am going to look it up now.
