If you ever come to the uk I’d pay you every thing I have for you to work on my little yorkie. He’s had 4x knees surgery and is always stiff and uncomfortable but wants to play all the time. He’s 9 years old and is my meaning for life. Without my little rufus I would have died a long time ago.
Hi Cherelle, I may come to the UK, next spring. It's on my dream list of travel places. I will post on this channel, well in advance if I make the trip. Would be great to see your Rufus one day.
It's amazing how animals even after being abused can find trust in humans again. Simply beautiful and thank goodness to all the rescues that take place for these animals!! 💖
We love the lippy stuff! He was so beautiful, I don't know which one you've done so far that's my favorite. You are such a busy guy Dr Doug,I don't know if you have any time for yourself. A truly amazing man.
Keiran certainly is a strong old horse ! What a gentle giant , he made you do the running around today ! Sure he must have felt good afterwards by doing the lippy thing !!
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen I am the one who should thank you the most, I am so lucky I found your channel. Love animals and just knowing that I am not alone is the best gift anyone could receive. 100% a diehard fan !!
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen That is far. You certainly are a giver. It is so nice to see good people at work especially during some trying times in the world. Thank you and you are 😇
What is used for that bale? It’s so light weight, yet very strong and durable. And you got “that look” again. It’s says “Who the??? How the??? What the??? OH! It’s you! Aaaaaahhhhhhh.” You can see it every single time, regardless of which animal. These poor critters deserve it. Thanks for what you do doc!!
"High 80s" lol absolutely torrential rain here in Aberdeenshire Scotland Doug and it's getting colder for winter. Beautiful horse, great job. I think the heat was getting to him xxx
I’m so happy that those horses are being rescued, it’s really sad what happened to them but for them to learn how to trust again it’s really amazing. Dr Willen, all those horses 🐎and animals that you’ve worked on, really trust you and feel safer around you cause you’re that awesome 👏. Have a nice 👍weekend doc, we love what you do and of course you.
Hi. I wonder if his name, Kieran, is Gaelic (original spelling, Ciara'n)? If so, then his name means "little dark one", which is a nice interpretation. After all, one cannot see the stars until it is dark. Lovely draft horse. So glad he was rescued and has a loving caretaker!
Doesn’t anyone there know the bit causes pain in the horses mouth. It is possible to train at any age to ride with a halter. Rick at “Think Like a Horse” gives excellent advice and tips. You pulling on his bit you could see he did not like it.
Is good that he is finally getting the love and care he deserves.
Kieran is an absolutely amazing beauty. I think this was a good session for Dr. Willen and the horse.
Was not too calm, he was a little nervous and impatient but it was a good session.
Everyone who help animals are good hearted angels on earth
Awww thank you for the nice words
Like this guy. Doug good for you. And people who help these great horses.
Stunning horse!
Kieran is so cool!!! 😊❤
Thanks Elaine!
You guys are great 🥰

thanks for the insight. I don't know about his name but that is fascinating. Thank you
Kieran is the male name for Ciara, the name is actually very common in Wales but the name is Gaelic.
