I remember the little baby Logitech z313 setup I have it as well I also have the 533 and last year I bought the z623 just for comparison sake I’ll probably dig the z313s out later on, but hands down between the 313 and 533 , 533 hands down, I found a lot of Logitechs smaller 2.1 systems like the x530, z313 have a lot of port noise but when you get to the stuff like the z5500, the newer 533 and possibly the z623 the bass isn’t turbulent like on the smaller guys.
Just my two cents I’d argue that computer speakers are important especially for an immersive gaming experience especially playing games that have gunshots, explosions or low end rumble from things like forza horizon, need for speed or assetto corsa, not to mention video playback is a factor Or listening to music while editing a video, like I have a full recording setup, active studio monitors from presonus along with the audiobox 96 usb interface the anniversary edition from presonus I swapped out my included headphones for a pair of Sennheiser HD560S and my presonus m1 mic for an audio technica AT2020 but sometimes I miss the low end extension from a sub.
I was thinking of getting these speakers, but the cables look like a nightmare! I like my setup not to show any cables at all, and this looks like it would be annoying to make it look nice and neat. I think I'll stick to studio monitors since cables are very minimal and I don't have to worry about where to put a subwoofer either.
Not sure what you’re meaning here, I’d just get one monitor for both console and pc a lot of newer monitors allow for multiple output devices I believe my LG ULTRAGEAR 34inch ultra wide curved 1440P 160hz allows for 2 different displays I’d have to check and see.
