I'm okay with her design. It could be an effort to make it creator friendly as gore can flag your video. It also make is easier for the other color schemes. Though there could be some improvements if they ever get around to a sequel. I didn't notice the stitch marks around her neck until this time around. I thought that was a decent nod.
