I love it when my obscure, niche childhood gets some well-deserved love. This game was an absolute joy to play, and it was always the first thing I'd show to my friends when I was a kid. Great remix, my dude.
I just mostly played this after school or on the school computers but i still loved this game a whole ton; glad you like it! I'm considering making a better version sincethis is probably my most recognized remix so far but it's taking a while to gather motivation ^^;

Was playing Skywire today for the nostalgia and searched for remixes thinking there would be none, never been so happy for being wrong. Awesome Remix dude, thanks for making our childhood memories even better

For whatever reason, I thought this was a Cheetahman remix at first. Maybe it was the melody or the retro feel of the track, I'm not sure. Still, this does have the general feel of a Nitrome track as well; reminds me of the time I played Ice Breaker and loved the music. You certainly did their great midi tracks justice here, especially with how the chorus progresses. Great job.
Huh I never knew the original Nitrome tracks were midi lol. But I'm happy you enjoyed it! Maybe I'll revamp it someday ^^
@@OctoNote Admittedly, I don't know for sure, but they have the sound of midi music I've heard in older games. And that sounds fun, I hope you end up enjoying it, since this kind of retro style is really catchy.

Oh man I'm so sorry, it's been ages since I've used this, I have no clue at this point. You can do something *somewhat* similar with ZGame visualizer for FL Studio however

The font is exactly the same, and the visualizer can be customized to be less zoomed out. If anything I think this guy copied the old one (of the video I can't find anymore for some reason) and only tweaked it slightly. Let me know if this helps!

Didn't the creator's of indi game battle make this remix.
I see the confusion here haha, I wasn't the creator of Indie Game Battle, but I was heavily associated in making assets (including music). So both Nitrome remixes and a bunch of other remixes in that game were actually made by me, although there I think I still went by Octopus58. Indie Game Battle is unfortunately dead, but yes, I originally made this song to be played in a SkyWire stage. I actually contected Mat for permission to use Nitrome stuff in IGB in the first place ^^;
